Pros:

The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

That the pool and hot tub were not in working order. We won't have stay there if we had knew that. They will be not working for about 4-5 months.

I WANT MY REFUND PROMISED!!!!
Pros:

Did not stay for breakfast. Had to be at hospital for tests without allowed to eat food.

Cons:

We did not have a shower head and could not take a bath either. Staff said they were cleaning the shower head, They apologized for not replacing it. We had to go without getting cleaned up. The manager said they would give us a complete refund but as of yet have not gotten a refund to my credit card or even heard from them.

Other than the key problem it was good.

Perfect for an overnight stay!
Pros:

Location close to, restraints,Kroger, dollar tree and highways. Breakfast has a few options. Room size is nice.

Cons:

Some handicap rooms are not close to elevators or front doors.

Pool was cold and hot tub out of order - call ahead if you’re booking here to use the pool room

The staff was nice and the breakfast was decent

Cons:

We chose this location to use the pool and when we arrived they told us the pool and hot tub were closed for the weekend. The next morning we asked another staff person and they said the pool is actually open but the hot tub is closed. The pool room was very cold and the actual pool was also freezing so it was not an enjoyable experience. Another guest we talked to that seems to stay here frequently mentioned that the heating in the pool room is always an issue so we will never stay here again.
