We’ve been staying here for years and always had good visits.
Due to the computer system being down, we could not change our credit card or get a receipt upon checkout. We were told it would be emailed to us, but we never received it.
Clean, comfortable, well staffed by friendly people. Plus, the price is definitely right, and then some. I've had stays that cost me this much and offered me nothing but a roof I couldn't trust.
They could use better pillows. Those things are hard as rocks and too stubborn to move into a decent position.

Hot tub was broke for months and no signage posted of that.

Lighting in rooms just ok, needs more, stopper in sink missing.
The hotel was nice and so were the people. There was fresh fruit, a warm cookie and free coffee available at all times. the beds were comfortable and the location was good.
Our stay was very good - the only set back was that instead of returning our deposit we were charged 3 more times for it. That has been sorted with the hotel but was a bit of a headache.

The first room they gave me it wasn't ready them the second was perfect.
The air conditioning in the hotel did not work properly. Our room was too warm, the air conditioning unit was unplugged when we arrived. We plugged it in and it would work for a short time, then the compressor would shut off and the air would simply recycle. It was too warm to sleep. The hallways were too warm, and the cardio room was very warm, even early in the morning. I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning, the response was they have been having issues with the AC.
Breakfast was just fair.

This property is not well maintained-outside and inside. Repairs and refurbishments are needed such as lawn care, tightening loose doorknobs, etc… The HVAC system is not working well-everything in our room was wet: towels, sheets, carpet. This was despite the AC running. There was a lot of rain in the area but the system should be able to handle the moisture better.
Breakfast was disappointing with limited options available, for example, no yogurt.
The breakfast was good, the coffee machine was great! Breakfast hours were great as many places shut it down at 9:30am. Handicap parking spaces were not used by anyone. Management should consider reducing them by one.
Bottom sheets on the bed are too small. Corners at the head of the mattress come off every night and have to be put back on. Asked for the room to be serviced after 3 nights, it was not. So we asked again the next morning. Asked for more towels after the first night and did not get them. The next day we went to the front desk and asked for towels again and waited for them to hand them to us. Guy at the desk said he tried to deliver them to our room but we did not answer the door. Maybe that's why we did not get the room serviced the day we asked as it looks like you have to be present if you want towels or the room serviced.
