Pros:

施設全体については、築後４９年経過しているので高評価は無理だとしても清掃は行き届いていると感じました。
　食事についてはレンコン等の御当地食品もあり美味しく頂きました。このレベルのホテルとしては高評価しても
おかしくないと思います。

離市電很近，坐一站就可以到逛街的地方，坐三站就到熊本車站，但飯店附近蠻沒有東西的。

浴室のカビと湯船の中の汚れが酷い
大浴場が苦手なので部屋でシャワーのみ使いましたが湯船に浸かる気にはなりませんでした
部屋もシーツ交換しかしていないのでは？
テレビのリモコン、本体、ライト等埃まみれで不快でした
リピはもう無いですね…

壁が薄く、隣からのテレビの音がうるさくて眠れなかった。我慢しないですぐにフロントに電話すれば良かった。
トイレの排水ボタンが古すぎて、相当な力が必要だった。

Pros:

직원 : 모든 직원이 매우 친절하다. 특히 간단한 단어지만, 한국어를 해주신 여성 직원 덕분에 이번 여행이 더 즐거워졌습니다.
방 상태 : 청결하고 아늑했지만 몇가지 단점이 있었다. 샤워 공간이 좁았고, 방음이 잘 되지 않았다. (밤 1시에 헤어드라이기를 사용하는 소리에 잠에서 깼다..)
공용시설 : 청결하고 관리가 잘되어있다. 다만, 실내 욕탕의 고질적인 문제겠지만, 습기가 차는 것에 비해 환기가 잘 안되서 갑갑한 느낌이 있었다.

종합 : 몇가지 단점이 있었지만, 사람이 너무 좋은 숙소였고 덕분에 이번 여행의 시작을 매우 즐겁게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 다음에 구마모토에 다시 방문한다면 재방문할 의사가 100%인 숙소입니다.

桜町通のバスターミナルから徒歩１０分以内にあり、空港や阿蘇、天草に行く方には便利です。建物自体は古いところはありますが、清潔にしていて不快感はなかったです。スタッフも丁寧な対応でとてもよかったです。
私が一番良いと思ったのは、夜遅くまでやっている大浴場付きという点です。
朝食もご当地名物の太平燕があり、楽しめます。
個人的に改善してほしいのは、カードキー対応していないところです。
値段もすごく高いわけではないので、ビジネスホテルとしては十分満足できると思います。

部屋に入ってすぐに、お風呂を確認しました。
まだ入ってもいないのに、浴槽の中には、髪の毛がいっぱいへばりついていました。

No on-site parking, but plenty of paid parking nearby just around the corner.

For the price, it was a very nice hotel. They include a traditional Japanese bath, with limited hours, but the rooms also include a toilet/shower. The standard room is comparable to a business hotel with a small walkway from the door to the bathroom with the bed dominating about half of the room. All of the needed amenities were included and the desk is staffed 24/7. Happy with my stay.

綺麗な大浴場とバラエティー豊かな朝食、朝食会場のスタッフの感じ良さはとても良かった。
お部屋の古さは否めず、特にトイレの水を流すレバーが硬いのと爆音がするのがとっても気になった。
となりの部屋の方のトイレに入った際の爆音もよく聞こえてました。
アメニティは揃っていて、持って行く必要はなかったのですが、ボディタオルやハンドタオルが常備されてると身体が洗いやすかったです。
少し歩くけど、市電の駅や桜町バスターミナルも比較的近くて良かったです。　
お世話になりました。

Pros:

喫煙可の部屋だったため、タバコの匂いがとても強かったです。
大浴場はきれいで快適でした。チャリチャリのポートが近くにあるので、雨でなければ熊本城など中心地へのアクセスは抜群です。

Pros:

Breakfast buffet is good. Walking distance to Kumamoto castle and huge bus terminal where connects to various cities in Kyushu.

The bathroom in the room is tiny. Need to use the big tub on the other floor.
