I went to checkin with my 13 yrs old and my parents ( both are 75+), rooms were already soldout. I made reservations 3 months ago and there are no rooms when I came to the hotel to checkin. The staff were so rude and never even showed any concern towards me. I have to walk 1 mile to another hotel with my 13 yrs old son and 2 elderly parents to find a different place.There is no accountability attitude in these people. If you ever visit India, please make sure to avoid this hotel. If you still intend to stay here, may sure you reserve another hotel as a backup. Pros:

Nice comfortable hotel located slightly off the main road so it is convenient to go to the mall, yet not noisy due to traffic. Rooms are nicely decorated and cosy and the complimentary breakfast is good.

Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. WiFi was reliable. Breakfast is free and they had decent variety.

But the staff and service wasn't great. Hotel staff were not very helpful. Service was not what I expected based on Expedia's rating. Laundry service was possibly the worst. It took repeated calls to housekeeping and the front desk for me to get my clothes back. And several times, I could hear hotel staff talking so loudly in the hallways.

Experience was very nice. Rooms were clean n well kept n nicely decorated. Staff hospitality was very good .Service was quite prompt. Only hitch was the lunch at restuarant,,,,which was only buffet lunch, no served lunch on table. that space of improvement and upgradement is there.
