Onyang Hot Spring Hotel

We spent 8 days at this hotel. The room is comfortable and adequately equipped. The hotel is conveniently situated, within walking distance of the railway station, various bus stops and a busy bustling market. The staff were pleasant and did their best to help our communication problems! The hotel is over the hot springs which guests can use.

Perhaps, the AC was malfunctioning or the management

Very run down. Clean but old. A/C unit did not work well. Kid saud it felt like a haunted house. We were there on a Sunday night.

The location of the hotel is very good. But it is a bit of a rundown place. The carpets in the rooms are disgusting.
The traditional spa is the highlight.

I came here to enjoy hot spring water but they charge every time in and out and no shampoo and poor equipments.
Also I paid breakfast money but no buffet in the morning because of not enough customers to operate breakfast bar in the morning

관리는 열심히 하고 있는데 좀 오래 돼서 한계가 있네요...

온양온천 지역의 가장 오래된 호텔
전반적으로 깔끔한 느낌이지만 시설의 노후에 별다른 변화를 주지않음 노후된 메트리스 로 좌우로도 흔들림 조식은 부풰식이 아닌 그날에 특별식 이번 황태해장국 식사에 포함된 두부가 시끔한 맛과 냄세가남
두부가 얼었다 녹아서 그런다고 하는데 식사후 두드러기 발생 투수객에게 온천탕 이용료 받는 만끔의 서비스가 없음 특히 여탕의 경우 공간적 여유가 있음에도 사용인원을 한구역으로 이용하게함 좁은 공간에 여러명이 탈의하게되여 손잡하게 됨 난방이 제대로 되지 않아 바닥이 차가움 전반적인 이용 경험으로 가격적인 메리트 떨어짐
주변의 다른 숙소에 비해 온천 수질이외엔
뛰어난 부분이 없어 아쉬움 전반적인 시설에 대한 투자나 개선이 필요함

오래돈 호텔이라 그런지 실내온도가 안올라가 춥고 욕조도 얼룩지고 조식도 뷔페식에서 북어국으로 일방적으로 바뀌었더라구요.
그래도 저렴하고 운치는 있었습니다.
직원분이 친절한것이 제일 좋았습니다.

シャワーが暑くなったり冷たくなったりでした。
それ以外は静かでよかったです。

천장 난방장치가 작동이 안되고, 딸들과 각각 다른 방을 선택을 했는데, 동일하게 작동 안됨. 취침등도 작동 안됨.
냉난방기 흡입구 먼지가 너무 많아서 작동이 안되는것 같음

호텔이 좀 오래되서 낡은 감이 있지만 잘 쉬다 왔어요

시설이 너무 노후해서 중앙 난방이고요.
온도 조절 안되며, 팬소음이 심해서 잠 잘 때 영향 있어요. 그리고 화장실 상태는 거의 최악입니다.

한겨울인데 객실내부가 너무 추워서 얼어죽을뻔...그나마 있는 난방기는 너무 소음이 심해서 잠을 제대로 이룰수가 없었음...대한민국에 있는 숙박시설이 맞는지 의아할 정도..

This property is very old and so are the furnishings inside of it. The couch in my room was ripped in multiple locations and the carpeting was so dirty in places that it looked dark brown or black, when it was actually beige. I tried to cancel the reservation because I did not want to stay there with the existing conditions but the manager there (I was told his name was Chen) refused to allow early checkout or any type of refund for the gross conditions. I ended up leaving the property and finding a new hotel (Ramada) even though I had already paid for the nasty one. Thankfully, Expedia is much more hospitable and was able to offer a OneCash credit to help offset some of the costs. We will never go to this hotel again!

토요일 오전 조식을 신청하여 숙박결제하였는데 조식으로 뷔페는 일요일만 가능하다고 합니다. 토욜 오전 조식 장터국밥 먹었네요 지하 노천탕은 아담하지만 만족 호텔주변 온양시장이 크게 있어서 좋았어요

오래된 숙소라 지저분 하며 온천도 시설이 별로였음
