Sehr gut gelegen und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Gute Lage, direkt an der Tramstation.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben schon um 11 Uhr einchecken können.Da es sehr heiß war,wollten wir uns frisch machen um auf die Art Basel zu gehen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Die hohen Preise während der Messe.
Aber das ist leider überall so..

Unprofessional staff and overcharging

They charged my card that I gave for a preauthorisation (i gave them to block when I’m checking in, not to pay full amount from it) without even asking for permission. At 12.00 on check out day they said the system automatically charged it!!?? They did not even call the room or my number or ask if funds were available or if I want to make the payment with that card. What if I had no money in another card or account? What if that was my only account?? I was going to split the total cost with my friend.

Then despite charging me full amount, while my friend was checking out they made her pay another ~1000 francs without telling her they charged the full amount on my card. How unprofessional - overcharging us.

I only realised this when I came back to the hotel and started asking questions. Be very careful when you are checking out in this hotel and ask which card they will charge, when and what amount. It is an international chain yet still not capable of checking out their guests.

It was my international card so making me also pay additional currency exchange fees.

After having an argument with no apology, they refunded half of it. I’m so dissatisfied with the service and level of professionalism of their staff.

המלון מאד נוח
מיקומו סמוך לתחנת הרכבת ולכל קוי הטראם שמגיעים תוך דקות לעיר העתיקה ולכל האטרקציות נהדר
המלון מספק כרטיס תחבורה חינם
בכניסה יש עמדת שתיה קרה וחמה שוקולדים ומאפים בבוקר וזה מאד נדיב וטעים
החדר רחב ידיים והמיטה מאד נוחה

אהבנו הכל
חסרים פרטים ממש קטנים שהיו הופכים את החוויה לממש מפנקת
כריות פחות נוחות לפחות לנו, אין קרם גוף ומרכך שיער בחדר ( אבל הם ניתנים על פי בקשה)
והערה לגבי המחיר שהיה מאד מאד גבוה כנראה בשל ארוע אמנות בעיר אך עדיין מאד גבוה יחסית
