I won’t stay there again.

Cons:

The room smelled of dampness, had no shower cap, hair conditioner, body lotion or slippers.
The location is not good and there is no restaurant around the area.
The hotel is quite a distance from Basel station and inconvenient to walk with luggage and in the hot sun. It’s also far from the city centre.
The afternoon receptionist was unhelpful when we need help with the TV. Generally, they don’t like guests asking questions. May be they are not well trained.
The male receptionists in the morning are very helpful.

Excellent stay in SBB area
Pros:

I’ve been here multiply times, it’s always very nice. I think the best hotel in this area. Excellent breakfast, great fasicility and super comfy beds

Cons:

This time the room was not so clean, watterbottle was not filled up, and bathroom was also not totally clean

Pros:

Kat koridorlarında soğuk içme suyu sebili olması büyük bir artı. Kahvaltı idare eder derecede denebilir. Ulaşım ağına yakın.

Cons:

Odalar çocuklu aileler için küçük, nevresim ve havluların temizliği yetersizdi bence. Fiyat muadillere göre yüksek kalıyor.
