Staff is friendly speak English some what, WiFi is good, bed comfortable, good size room, clean location by the beach 2-3 min walk. I would stay again good rate.

Pros: close to the beach and very nice staff

(Small) Cons: we had a cockroach appear in our toilet the first night (seems to be common in the area, we saw others in the streets and some restaurants). To their credit the receptionist was very apollogetic, come over and tried her best to get rid of it. We were also moved to a different room the next day (we arrived late the 1st night, they were fully booked) and were offered a later check out and complementary water during our stay.

I am unsure whether we were given an upgrade when we moved rooms but in any case the rooms at the front of the hotel are a bit bigger and seem a bit better kept.

Close to back beach, very clean comfortable rooms. All the basics, great shower and reasonable motorcycle rental. A little far from restaurants.

This is one of many budget accommodations near the beach for swimming. The room looks new but I killed a small cockroach as soon as I entered the room. Otherwise it was clean like the bedding, bathroom etc. The bathroom is small. The price is cheap so I think it is good value for money. However the listed price at the hotel on promotion seems cheaper than on line and I guess you can get a bargain by dealing with the owner if you speak Vietnamese.

Located next to the beach, the hotel offer a good price / quality ratio. There is no restaurant in the hotel itself, but plenty to find around. Clean and quite sacious rooms. At least one receptionist could speak english. She was helpful.

The hotel did not provide free drinking water or coffee/tea but I paid very little for this hotel so I don't expect much. You can still request for kettle and cups if you want to make drinks. Room is pretty clean and spacious. Location is good as I can walk to the Front beach (Bai Sau) within 2 minutes and can just come back to the hotel for shower after having a nice dip at the beach. There are couple of local restaurants nearby and Circle K convenient shop is just a couple of steps away. Some of the Vung Tau tourist attractions (e.g. Jesus Christ's statue, Front Beach (Bai Truoc)) are about 2km away so you can either walk there or get a taxi. Other places like White Palace will require to take a taxi.

Simple, clean, functional and just a block from the beach. Service was outstanding - staff helped me book a bus and were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in the popular area for young and working people spending a quick weekend getaway.

Clean room, updated, nice bathroom, nice staff, good location. No pool or any facility comparing to other 3 star.

The location is fairly good and the hotel is fine for the budget. This can't make up for the fact that I did not sleep so much, for the staff was speaking so loudly together the whole night in the lobby. When I tried to call the lobby the person didn't understand English and hung up the phone.

A budget hotel that's worth the price. It's very close to the beach and many local sea food restaurants.

its a nice place close to the beach . not a fan of Vietnam being so dirty everywhere but this is a nice place to stay. only stayed one night and it was comfortable

Stayed 3 nights.
Nice and clean. Staff are nice, but dont speak english, or dont know how to answer any questions at all.
The water in the room is not free, so you will get charged at check out, but the price for it is reasonable.

Spent three nights at this budget hotel. Room is decent size & clean with modern equipments. Shower stall is lovely. Near shopping & beach. Please rent a motor bike from them too. Definitely will return :)

A good budget hotel. The room was comfortable with a good bed and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful with a few of the inevitable hiccups due to the lack of English. The hotel is right behind the Green Hotel and just a block from Back Beach.
The only thing I'd recommend is don't pay the extra for the "ocean view." I did, and knowing the location of the hotel all I expected was 'ocean glimpses.' However I was given a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the ocean. So there was zero chance of seeing or hearing the ocean. Apart from that, as I said, a good budget hotel option in a good location close to the beach.
