Great location, well priced and very comfortable
Pros:

We like the location , great surrounds and super friendly staff. Also the price provides for great value

Cons:

The people in the room above were particularly noisy late at night which was annoying.

Hotel is smaller which I like, There were 2 pools to choose from and the $40 IDR for 5 full strength cocktails was great value.
Hotel is in an OK location with laundry and Circle K across the road. Not far to walk to restaurants and shopping. We did the Melasti and Padmar loop via Garlic lane many times. We stayed in a poolside room which was handy with the kids and grandkids on the second floor. The in house spa had some good offers as well.

Cons:

I couldn't drink the coffee and there was no better option. It was a fair walk to reach the beach.

Room we were given was not what was in the photos and what we paid for

I booked a suite because the photos on booking.com and the website showed a large bathroom with a freestanding bath. Decided to spend the extra for something special for our last night in Bali. When we were finally able to go to our room there was no bath. I went to reception as we were obviously in the wrong room to be told these rooms came with either a large shower or a bath and what did I want. I said that nowhere did it say there was a choice, and I expected a bath in the room. I was just basically told there were no other rooms and it just was what it was and the lady at the desk just stood there and didn’t offer us anything or any discount on our stay or anything. When we checked in, breakfast was included, and we weren’t told anything about where breakfast was or what time it was. For a suite room, all we could hear all night was the traffic outside and the scooters. For a big hotel on a busy road you would think they would have some noise cancellation on the windows and we hardly got any sleep all night. We had asked for late checkout and were just told our room wasn’t available and that we would have to book another room if we wanted too. We ended up booking a normal standard room and paid for a whole night just so we could have somewhere to stay till our flight. Definitely not a pleasant end to our holiday and won’t be referring this hotel to friends and family. For a big hotel, because they had so many guests, it’s like the staff just didn’t care

I did not like being at the very end of the hall room 416 and the fold away bed was vey hard and uncomfortable. And the curtains were not blackout and let to much light in. That woke us too early
