Pros:

Loved it here!
Pros:

Staff are fantastic, location is awesome with restaurants and supermarkets right close by. We had a pool access room which was great and had our own private seating area although it doesnt get much sun its still really good. Rooms are so clean and the food at there restaurant is delicious. Would definitely stay again 😊

Would not stay again. We were disappointed as we thought the Mecure name would be better quality.
Cons:

Our room was too close to the road. We could hear traffic all night. We rang Housekeeping for an extra blanket. It never arrived.

Overall not too bad
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff

Cons:

Overpriced drinks and food at hotel bars and restaurants, staff were extremely nice and friendly however ridiculously slow at getting anything done, became very frustrating

Amazing Holiday
Pros:

We had a lovely holiday in Bali. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was great. A special thank you to Cipta for being so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and had so many options.

Amazing Breakfast Experience!
Pros:

Everything I could ever think was available for breakfast. One of the biggest settings of food I've ever seen. Lovely staff and looking forward to coming back again.

Also, it kept the kids quite for 20 minutes, bonus!
