The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May until the end of September. The bar and the restaurant are open in July and August only.

Perfect location, beautiful area, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

La Fattoria di Tirrenia was perfect for our stay. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean. There was a large kitchen with a washer which was very helpful! The kids loved the pool and playground. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Only a minor thing - I wish the pool was open later into the evening. My son was attending a camp and did not return to the resort until later in the evening. He was disappointed to miss the pool hours. Other than that, no complaints!

Pros:

Die gebuchte Wohnung hat uns nicht so sehr zugesagt, da Obergeschoss und das Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer. Nach drei Tagen wurde ein Wechsel gegen Aufpreis ermöglicht, sehr flexibel und lösungsorientiert. Vielen Dank.

A nice relaxing stay & relatively close to other towns to go visit.
Pros:

The pool was great! It was a nice size & not crazy deep. There was a fun playground to keep the children entertained. Breakfast was good, as well as suppers. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

We enjoyed everything, the only thing that comes to mind is, we had to ask for toilet paper. It would have been nice if there were 4 rolls stocked in the washroom since we were there for 5 or 6 days. It wasn't a big deal though, they were accommodating when we asked.

Diversi disagi, simpatico l'operatore al bar, nessuna disponibilità di un'operatrice in auto rifiuta

I letti, decenza giornaliera troppo alta, la non comunicazione prima della prenotazione dell'alloggio troppo lontano creando grossi disagi in quanto siamo dovuti fare per diverse volte 1 k mezzo a piedi prima di noleggiare un'auto, prezzo colazione e prezzi pietanze troppo alti, lenzuola, tovaglia da tavola non esistenti in casa e bagno doccia un flacone a persona per una decenza di 7 giorni troppo poco.

Bella esperienza. Ambiente caldo e ben arredato. Sicuramente magnifico in alta stagione

La struttura e la posizione. Il paesaggio bello. Tutta le strutture del complesso sono molto belle e anche ben tenute. Abbiamo dimenticato olio e l'acqua e ce li hanno fatti trovare nell'alloggio.
Biancheria bianchissima. Asciugamani nuovi.
A parte un paio di episodi sgradevoli, tutto bene.

Cons:

Essendo bassa stagione non vi è accesso al bar e alle strutture accessorie, ma ci sta.
Mi sono dispiaciuta molto di una cosa:
La pulizia superficiale delle camere.
Dall'aspetto tutto molto pulito e nuovo. Ma Pavimenti non lavati e nemmeno aspirati a dovere , soprattutto sotto e intorno ai letti. Era specificato che ci sarebbe stato un bambino piccolo in camera ma non è servito a fare avere più cura. Il bambino è sceso un attimo dal letto a piedi nudi e ci abbiamo trovato polvere vecchia e residui di rasatura di altri..
Sarebbe bastata una passata di scopa elettrica fatta bene dappertutto. Non credo che sia una questione di prezzo.

Poi:
da non usare il kit da cortesia dei prodotti da bagno perché inadeguati. Volevo fare uno shampoo veloce e ho fatto male a fidarmi.
Il corredo da cucina appena sufficiente. Se serve utilizzarla, manca la bilancia e bisogna portare i detersivi per i piatti etc.
Compensava il fatto che era tutto nuovo. E proprio per questo non ci vuole un genio per tenere pulito.
