The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May until the end of September. The bar and the restaurant are open in July and August only.

Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Pisa Viareggio Livorno
Pros:

Appartamento grande e funzionale. Attrezzatura della casa buona. Climatizzatore presente. Possibilità ricarica auto elettrica.

Cons:

Leggermente distante dalle altre abitazioni, ma in un complesso. Servizi non presenti fuori stagione. Forse leggermente cara la ricarica. Non condivido la politica del comune di far pagare ala tassa di soggiorno anche fuori stagione e anche ai neonati.

Perfect location, beautiful area, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

La Fattoria di Tirrenia was perfect for our stay. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean. There was a large kitchen with a washer which was very helpful! The kids loved the pool and playground. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Only a minor thing - I wish the pool was open later into the evening. My son was attending a camp and did not return to the resort until later in the evening. He was disappointed to miss the pool hours. Other than that, no complaints!

Pros:

Die gebuchte Wohnung hat uns nicht so sehr zugesagt, da Obergeschoss und das Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer. Nach drei Tagen wurde ein Wechsel gegen Aufpreis ermöglicht, sehr flexibel und lösungsorientiert. Vielen Dank.

A nice relaxing stay & relatively close to other towns to go visit.
Pros:

The pool was great! It was a nice size & not crazy deep. There was a fun playground to keep the children entertained. Breakfast was good, as well as suppers. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

We enjoyed everything, the only thing that comes to mind is, we had to ask for toilet paper. It would have been nice if there were 4 rolls stocked in the washroom since we were there for 5 or 6 days. It wasn't a big deal though, they were accommodating when we asked.
