Courteous staff, easy check in

Over all was very good experience. Specially the manager named bovi very down to earth lady. And its really super close to patong.

Забронировал и оплатил номер в этом отеле на 2 ночи! По приезду подхожу к ресепшену, там меня встречает Девушка вообще не говорящая на английском языке! И говорит чтобы я подождал менеджера! Менеджер мне говорит что они не сотрудничают с hotels.com и заселять в этот отель меня не собирается! Рассказывает что я уже 6-й человек который так приезжает к ним! Они говорят что номеров в отеле нет и могу заселить только в соседний отель! Я так и не разобрался кто виноват в этой ситуации, вообще пришлось нам после долгих споров жить в отеле напротив(

4박 5일동안 지냈어요. 위치는 빠통비치에서 10-15분정도, 정실론은 20분 안되게 걸렸어요. 걷는거 괜찮으시면 나쁜 위치는 아니에요. 객실도 깔끔하고 무엇보다 호스트, 스탭이 친절해서 좋았어요:-)

The room are great , very comfortable. the best thing is you have two 24Hour convenient store ( 711 and family mart) just beside the hotel . covered by local food and 20bath store ( all items 20bath !) .
hope to come back again! .

There is no special detail, only very quiet, they offer motorbikes for good price.

Tried to check in and was told that the didn't have a booking, I informed the lady that I on,y made it one hour ago and showed her my confirmation from Hotels.com. She kept looking at her reservation sheet and repeating the same. When she finally accepted that I did have a reservation she informed me that they didn't have any of my rooms and that the price I had paid was rediculously cheap and that I should be paying more. After some discussion and her phoning the owner they give me a superior room ( although what was superior about it is beyond me). I was the told to hand over my passport or leave a 1000 baht Deposit and also I must leave my shoes outside the hotel??????? As I work I. Thailand I am well aware that in many places shoes are not welcomed but a hotel??? . I informed the lady that I would be chevkimg out at 8am and enquired if someone would be there to refund my deposit, no problem she said.

Well at 8 am no was there, after phoning the hotel number I woke some one up, he begrudgingly appeared 10mins later and was extremely agressive, starting at me in a very threatening manner, he was very rude and continued
to be aggressive. Eventually after he had checked the room I got my 1000 deposit back. He would be better employed as a sales prevention manager. No way would I ever consider this hotel again

프론트 또한 친절하다.

Room was clean however the whole building is infested with ants. There were littles ants in our room, cannot leave any food out. Hotel owners were not professional sometimes seemed rude. Bed is uncomfortable as it is very firm. noisy in the mornings. Other reviews said the hotel is close to beach but it actually almost a 25-30 min walk to patong beach. Overall I would not recommend this hotel for more than a night stay.

The hotel was run by a man and woman. They are not at the check-in desk over night even though it says 24 hour check in so make sure to inform them of late or early arrival or you'll be waiting a while. They came into our room even though we left the do not disturb sign and they moved our stuff around and took the hand towels. We brought some food from a grocery store (due to dietary issues) and they argued with us that we weren't allowed it in our room. They had never mentioned this before and there were no signs. We were very careful about keeping our room clean but in the morning a candy rapper in the garbage can was completely COVERED in ants. We also booked transport to Surat thani through the hotel. The company they booked us on ended up searching through our bags when they were under the bus looking for things to steal. Luckily they took nothing of ours but we were furious with the company. Still not sure the company they chose to books us on unfortunately.

Unscheinbar von außen ist es von innen wirklich top! Nettes und hilfreiches Personal, modern ausgestattete und saubere Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, Kühlschrank, Balkon und Regendusche im Bad. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. In direkter Umgebung sind 7/11, Restaurants und nen Wäscheservice. Die etwa 10 minütige Gehentfernung zum Strand fand ich angenehm.

The rooms have an electric water heater in each for the shower so the water stays hot. I did not feel safe staying in the hotel area though and the hotel owner requests to hold your passport for motorbike rentals.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig zu einem ausgesprochen günstigen Preis. Strand und Partymeile liegen etwa 10 - 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
Aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe sind die für Thailand typischen Angebote wie Restaurants, Masssageangebote, auch die eine oder andere Bar zahlreich vorhanden.

飯店離市區非常近,附近有海鮮市場 水果市場 和當地的百貨公司也很近,走出來就有7-11 真的很方便!!

而且飯店的老闆很貼切,服務態度超好!有什麼問題都可以問老闆,他都會提共很多真誠的意見!至於房間也很乾淨,很舒
適!!! 價格合理! 經濟實惠! 物超所值!! 讓我在普吉島的旅程非常愉快!!

This residence is a clean, friendly place to stay. The staff are welcoming and very accommodating.

Nous sommes accueilli avec un grand sourire, sans probleme de réservation, les maitres de l'hotel sont vraiment extra, une belle rencontre, et surprenant peut etre mais meme les autres clients sont aussi gentil et on y es bien ici : )
