We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and were impressed by the overall quality of service and facilities. As a family traveling with a toddler, we particularly appreciated the excellent location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area, as well as the well-maintained and accessible facilities that added to our comfort and convenience.
The staff were consistently professional while also being warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed and contributed greatly to our positive experience.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would be delighted to return again and again in the future.
Cold water in our private pool, and for the price maybe the room should at least have a bathtub.
No es el alojamiento que esperábamos. Es como si estuvieras en Benidorm en un hotel con muchísimos guiris, pero en Boracay. Las zonas comunes son muy ruidosas y el restaurante de la piscina espantoso. Quizás si buscas fiesta y ambiente estés cómodo, pero desde luego no es para parejas. Nos cambiamos de hotel.

El hotel es bonito, y quiza lo mas decente en la zona. Pero tienes que caminar un buen rato. Y se ve ya que necesita mantenimiento porque ya se viejo.
La comida es malisima. Ademas de que me parece cara. Comí un día y ya no volvimos a repetir. La playa muy bonita, pero constantemente barcos y demas que ni miran por si te pueden atropellar y es facil ya que al no cubrir nunca siempre debes meterte mucho en el mar.
The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent: from Filipino to continental favorites. My foreign friends got a taste of everything every morning. The staff was courteous & helpful.
My room was so far away from the elevators and nobody told me about the short cuts. I discovered this myself.
Great beach; one of the nicest in the world; soft white and crystal clear water. Great dining/pool area right at the beach. Rooms were very nice. Very good TV with lots of channels (a rarity in the Philippines...but then who goes to a beautiful beach resort to watch TV). Good food and drinks.
The staff was friendly and attentive but the service was very slow and it took a long time to get food and drinks after ordering them, even at the bar. Much more expensive than most other resorts in Boracay. It is very nice, but not sure if it is worth the cost. Food and drink are more expensive here, but still fairly cheap compared to most of the rest of the world. It is isolated, so there are not many restaurants or shopping within walking distance. Need to take trike to get other places and the D Mall (it is cheap and quick).
Facilities are good
We were asked to checkout early while we had to wait for so long for the transfer to the airport. Had to wait long where we could have made use of our time better than wait. Checkin was at 3pm while we were asked to checkout ewrly
The room was amazing & even the added bed was so comfy
The location & arrival was very underwhelming. The breakfast was average & pool was. It heated & spent most of the day in the shade. Whilst the rooftop pool was fully in the sun! A heated pool would make all the difference. Didn’t quite have the same atmosphere for evening drinks as some of the other hotels on the same price point such as Discovery shores + buffet had very limited choice
Everything! From the room, location, breakfast and staff…from the airport, staff are already there to welcome you and make your transfer to the island smooth and easy using their own speedboat. going back to the airport was very smooth as well!

Everything actually (except for some suggestions that I'll share on the next field).
I love how warm the staff were + the service was exceptional, and I didn't feel like we were 'served less' just because we were locals :)
And the new Thai restaurant is a must try! (only suggestion was the portion and price ratio - can do better with adjustments)

The pool in our room had a cigarette butt + the outdoor sofa can use some cleaning
Airport transfer services were excellent! Hotel is in very good location. They have beautiful beach, large pools and infinity pool with great views! Room was spacious and very comfy bed! we got a beach room with great view of the beach. One of the best buffet breakfast i’ve ever had!Services were consistently outstanding from start to end. Definitely highly recommended!
Nothing really, maybe i would suggest to have a weighing scale in the room :) i usually need it and other big hotels they always have it.

Καθαρό και εξαιρετικά ευγενικό προσωπικό .Κεντρικό σημείο με πολύ ωραία θέα . Ωραία πισίνα .
Καθημερινά είχαν γάμους και εκδηλώσεις με δυνατή μουσική που σε αποκλείαν από χώρους όπως η πισίνα ή θάλασσα . Αυτό είναι πολύ ενοχλητικό . Το πρωινό θέλει βελτίωση και τα μαξιλάρια άβολα , το aircodition θορυβώδες .Καθε πρωί από τις 7 έπαιζαν και φώναζαν παιδάκια στην πισίνα χωρίς να ενδιαφέρονται εάν ξυπνήσουν οι ένοικοι .Μπροστά η παραλία ρηχή και με πολλά άλγη .

3 out of 4 nights, there were weddings / corporate events in the amphitheater space outside the rooms. This meant excessive noise until around 1030pm (on one night, too loud to remain in the room) and closure of the pool from midday to allow set up. The staff sympathised and said it was an ongoing issue, but there was nothing they could do.
