Important information:

- Breakfast is available for an extra charge: Adult: PHP 1610, per day. Child aged 11 years and below: PHP 805, per day.

- Mandatory: All visitors of The Lind Boracay are required to pay the mandated fees set by the local government of Aklan. These fees must be settled individually through the iPass website: https://www.boracayipass.ph/. The QR codes generated from the website will be verified by the hotel upon check-in.

- Extra person charge: Php 3,400 net per person per night

- The airport shuttle service will incur an additional charge of PHP 900 per person per way.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Terrible staff that lied to us before we arrived. No connecting rooms, made no attempt to move us and when we returned after our wedding they even tried to make it worse by putting us in 2 rooms away from each other.

Super Lage und tolles Hotel
Pros:

Wünderschöner Strandabschnitt mit strandliegen, alle pools sind richtig toll - der Terrassenpool ist besonders schön. Zimmer sind super. Essen im hotel ist sehr lecker sber teuer. Service nicht auf einem 5* Niveau.

Cons:

Leider wird kein gratis abgefülltes Trinkwasser angeboten sondern nur eigens gefiltertes Wasser. Schmeckt furchbar und wir haben davon Magen-Probleme bekommen. Flaschenwasser kosten 1 Lieter 6€!!!! Wir hatten 7 Unterkünfte auf den Philippinen und überall bekammen wir gratis Flaschenwasser oder Flaschenzapfstationen.

Boutique perfection.
Pros:

Boutique hotel on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Stayed in sea room - exceptional - spa is a must. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. No request was a problem.

Really impressed with the service and the staff were so lovely.

Cons:

Almost every single day during our stay there was a wedding. The issue with this isnt noise its closing off of areas of the hotel like the infinity pool. If there is a wedding then that pool can be closed for more than half the day. Thats an issue and doesnt seem fair to other guests.

This is the only thing that lets the hotel down and they should find a better way of accomodating guests when also hosting a wedding.

Very friendly staff and remembers our preferences when they see us on subsequent days.

Cons:

The resort appears to need a face-lift in some areas of the resort as well as the bathrooms. Breakfast is served at 0630 and not just me, but other tourists are awake earlier. We've had to walk around waiting for the dining room to be opened. Early morning risers are waiting to have freshly brewed coffee. Instead, I settle for packets of instant coffee provided in our room.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service!!
Pros:

The property is well-maintained with a massive pool and a perfect location near D'mall. A huge plus was the 24/7 EV tuk-tuk service, which made exploring the island so easy. The staff were wonderful and the food especially at the Thai restaurant was delicious. Boracay has so much to offer at great prices. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service and Family-Friendly Comfort

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and were impressed by the overall quality of service and facilities. As a family traveling with a toddler, we particularly appreciated the excellent location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area, as well as the well-maintained and accessible facilities that added to our comfort and convenience.

The staff were consistently professional while also being warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed and contributed greatly to our positive experience.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would be delighted to return again and again in the future.

Cons:

Cold water in our private pool, and for the price maybe the room should at least have a bathtub.

Cons:

No es el alojamiento que esperábamos. Es como si estuvieras en Benidorm en un hotel con muchísimos guiris, pero en Boracay. Las zonas comunes son muy ruidosas y el restaurante de la piscina espantoso. Quizás si buscas fiesta y ambiente estés cómodo, pero desde luego no es para parejas. Nos cambiamos de hotel.

Небольшой, новый и стильный отель!
Все очень компактно расположено, но в то же время не создается ощущение перегруженности отеля.
Хорошие и просторные номера, прекрасный пляж с волшебным песочком!
Очень вкусная еда!

Отель предоставляет трансфер из/в аэропорт на фирменных микроавтобусах и катерах. Все организовано на высшем уровне!

Очень жалеем, что провели в нем всего несколько дней, хочется вернуться!
