Super logement à côté de la Old Town !
Pros:

Un super séjour chez Thanh qui s’est montrée super réactive et aux petits soins avec nous, en plus d’être très sympa. La chambre était propre et climatisée et nettoyée sur demande. En plus de cela l’hôtel bénéficie d’un super emplacement, juste à côté de la old town. On recommande !!

Phòng thì sạch sẽ đều mong home bắt 1 cái đền sáng hơn chưa mỗi đèn vàng ý cũng ko thuận tiện lắm ạ còn lại mọi thứ oki

Vừa đến nơi thì cô gth ngay cho mình những chỗ nổi mà gần home rồi lúc tối mình về sớm quá thì chú bv lại chỉ mình những chỗ để mình biết thêm mà đi kiểu vậy

Awful
Pros:

Good location, the owner was friendly and let us check in early (for a fee) in the morning after our sleeper bus.

Cons:

After being out in the day with our friends and coming back at 10 or 11pm we had to unlock the noisy metal courtyard gates and front door, which weren’t easy and incredibly loud. You’re then met by a family member sleeping right in front of the door (which you obviously wake up). Not the end of the world but just makes you feel a little uncomfortable staying out beyond about 10pm.

Long story short we then realised there were bed bugs, not a few, absolutely loads, big ones and tiny ones all over. Luckily when leaving our bags there earlier in the day we didn’t leave our bags or belongings on the bed and had left them on the chairs opposite. But I still felt extremely uncomfortable and dirty. Apart from that the bed sheets had bloody stains (obviously from dead bugs), the white towels had yellow stains on them and looked generally like they hadn’t been washed at all and the bathroom was dirty, the toilet had someone else’s hair all down the back of the seat when we got there. I don’t expect anything pristine when backpacking and using hostels and home stays but this really wasn’t good.

I contacted the lady and she did reply a little later but was clearly asleep, and so we decided to wait until morning to check out as we wanted to make sure to get a refund and also we wouldn’t have had anywhere else to sleep. My partner and I waited up all night till 5am to get a refund and check out, we did get a refund but minus one night. Which I did think was a bit cheeky considering the circumstances. But I just wanted to get out. I must note the woman did offer us another room at the time and to also stay at another place she owns. However after that I wanted to just go elsewhere.

Also side note, the room we booked was an ajoining room which isn’t mentioned on booking.com, not great, we could hear absolutely everything from the guy on the other side.

L'emplacement, la propreté de l'hôtel,
Et surtout la propriétaire qui est d'une gentillesse à toutes épreuves, au petits soins avec ses clients je ne peux que vous dire si vous vous arrêtez a hoi an allez y les yeux fermés c'est un havre de pays et vous êtes a côté de tout.

Cons:

Ci hanno messo in una stanza che non avevamo prenotato la prima notte senza dirmi nulla, in un dormitorio maschile, sporca. Ci sono arrivate anche risposte non molto gentili. Ci hanno poi cambiato stanza ma anche questa non era proprio pulita. Io non lo consiglio

Goed verblijf gehad!
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, schone bedden, hele fijne locatie midden in het centrum.

Cons:

Het was best gehorig, waardoor je ‘s avonds erg veel rekening moet houden met anderen. Schimmel in de badkamer.
