超差的！超收房費不肯退款！

刷卡超收，坑人旅館，大家小心！！！
May 19 入住，訂1間雙人房，刷卡時卻超收，刷了2間房費13987盧比！我問櫃檯小姐，她說我們有2人，我說2人房1間1晚，你超收！她當場刷退，可是到June 3 帳單顯示扣款，但是沒有退款，等於我們被多收了2晚房費，用這種方式坑錢！
Harmika很惡劣，我在June 3 詢問，他們回答是台灣信用卡公司的事。June 29 再次反應，July 1st 親自去旅館反應，旅館經理說他當場打電話給喜馬拉雅銀行經理，還拿給我聽，說是3到5天作業程序，不會超過7天。July 8 第四次詢問，又說會督促銀行儘快處理，July 9 第五次詢問，July 10 第六次詢問，我這次問銀行經理名字，Harmika說他們不知道！我們這是遇到詐騙了嗎？Booking 應該要處理吧，畢竟我們是透過Booking訂房的！
