All very comfortable, serves its purpose, pleasant staff but could do with a bit of TLC.
Pros:

Location good for work purposes, OK for short visits
Comfy beds/pillows and everything you needed in rooms, although looking a bit tired in some rooms I've stayed.
Little market shop across the way at Fletcher's limited stock or last visit just closed!
Nice separate bar area, mainly concentrates on sport TV.

Cons:

For longer visits, nothing to do in the area, after many years of staying for location to work, restaurant has become very limited choice and not the most economic, staff can be pretty slow even in quieter times, you will need to travel to Rotterdam Central for more restaurant options. As there is nowhere to go locally without using public transport, the TV's randomly cover a selection of channels and loose signal, could do with an upgrade, more channels that also accommodate international travelers, as most hotels nowadays.

Top hotel als je gaat vliegen.
Pros:

Mooi modern hotel vlakbij de ingang van de luchthaven.

Cons:

Prima parkeergarage, maar onduidelijk om van daar uit het hotel binnen te komen. Dit ook andersom.

Excellent stay for a long weekend.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and nice big windows to let light in. We got an airport view room and it was great to watch people come and go.

The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Room service was speedy and delicious too!

There is a little shop in the lobby for late night snacks when the restaurant and bar close.

Nothing was too much for anyone there at all.

Cons:

The bed was a little too soft, but thats personally just me. Others may love it like that. Just wasn't good for my back.

Cons:

Tja, tijd voor verfrissing vloerbedekking etc. Wastafel liep niet door. Kamers zijn echt toe aan renovatie.
