Pros:

Location is amazing

Cons:

Not mostly but some of the staff is kinda rude and never smile not something you want to see in the morning

Otherwise the staff as usually are friendly and very courteous…!!!

The check in went smoothly

Cons:

At first…when you come in the room…it smells clean with chlorine scent feels very clean. BUT…BUT…afterwards when you go to the toilet again…it smelled CIGARETTE SCENT…disgusting…!!! The shower gel and shampoo were very poor…it won’t BUBBLE…

Pros:

I like the location of the property. It’s close to MOA and airport. The staff are polite and accommodating. Good customer service. Very good breakfast buffet.

Cons:

It just need upgrade of appliances like smart TV.

Pros:

The location is excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes that cater to both Filipinos and foreigners. The room itself was just right — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It stayed warm throughout the day, and even after adjusting the temperature several times, the room still did not get cold.

I also hope the hotel considers upgrading all televisions to Smart TVs. When I asked the reception, I was informed that Smart TVs are only available in suite rooms, which felt a bit unfair since all guests should be able to enjoy the same basic entertainment and comfort during their stay.

the location was the reason we booked this hotel.

Cons:

we booked 2 rooms - 1 room didn’t have a full glass door in the toilet (so there’s a tendency that water splashes out); in the 2nd room, my parents found cockroaches in their room. moreover, there were inconsistencies in the amenities in the room - 1 room didn’t have the soap dish.
