this is the second time we stayed in this hotel and we plan to stay here every time we come to the Philippines.
Pros:

friendly staff, comfy beds and amazing breakfast buffet

Cons:

found baby cockroaches in the bathroom

First time disappointed 😞

Great location.
Great staff good breakfast.
We stay their every time we come to manila

Cons:

For the first time we got put on the 7th floor by the entrance to the restaurant we found it very busy so very noisy in our room.
We had to get the sheets changed on the bed as they where stained with love juice. They might of been clean but stained bad.
The neighbour had your kids and where up till 2am screaming so no sleep for us.
I will definitely come back but no 7th floor.

Highly Recommended
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. There was a great variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was definitely something I looked forward to each morning.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and amazing breakfast.

Cons:

It wasn’t a major issue, but the two rooms I booked were not located close to each other. This may have been due to the different room types—one being a queen room and the other a twin room.

All in all, it’s a good place to stay if one does not mind the inconveniences that I mentioned.
Pros:

They upgraded me to a suite when I know I booked a standard room with queen bed.

Cons:

The wayfinding is poor. Getting to the room was complicated. Guests have to go to the second floor and switch elevators in order to get to the floors where the rooms are. I had to go through the hotel’s restaurant in order to get to the wing where my room was located. Then when you check in or check out, there’s a ten minute wait for them to process it.

En suosittele tätä hotellia!
Pros:

Pidin siitä, että aamiaisella oli tofua tarjolla meille kasvissyöjille! Respa oli ystävällinen, samoin ovimiehet ja vartijat. Kuntosalilla pystyi tekemään koko kropan treenin jotenkuten.

Cons:

Huoneessa haisi pahalle. Seinä oli homeinen, siis siinö oli mustia homeläikkiä. Ilmastointi ei pelannut, aamiaissalin tuolit ja huoneen nojatuoli olivat erittäin likaisia. Siivoojat eivät vieneet huonepalvelun vanhoja ruokia yli vuorokauteen pois kerroksestamme käytävän nurkasta. Uima-altaan vesi oli likaista ja altaalle paistoi aurinko vain klo 14 asti.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is same as I am a frequent visitor same ole same ole, cheap ham no bacon very asian buffet. No omlette station. Better than glorified breafast buffet but definitly not American bye any means

Superb staff, good value for money
Pros:

Staff are polite and always greeting with their beautiful smiles.

Cons:

The toilet has exhaust but unpleasant smell is there. Very clean though. I think the issue is drainage and exhaust.
