Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir haben ein up grad bekommen und die Suite war herrlich, sehr viel Platz mit grosser Terrasse.

It’s a good walk to the old town, I was fine with this but for some people it may to far out.

The hotel was lovely and bright . The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The layout around the courtyard and pool worked well
The reception staff were grumpy and unhelpful… when we arrived after a long journey the guy didn’t look up them his computer screen for over five minutes . No acknowledgment of us at all…

About getting a taxi into town he handed us a couple of business cards for local companies.. on the way into the town on the first night we shared a taxi with another Irish couple who gave us loads of information on comparison…
I didn’t know until we were checking out that hotel guests could get a discount on certain beach clubs , when I overhead them telling another party checking in about it … incidentally that party were also offered help with their bags.. we were not… there was a big deal made about having to pay €5 to

Je félicite toutes les équipes d'une grande amabilité et flexibilité, les garçons du front desk ont un effort à faire toutefois... (sorry guys).
Les espaces communs sont propres et entretenus. La literie confortable. Le directeur veille à la bonne tenue de son établissement.
Le petit déjeuner est à revoir complètement... cette prestation à 20 ans cela ne se fait plus. Les produits ne sont pas healthy ni qualitatifs. C'est le seul point négatif à mon sens sur tout mon séjour.

The location was fairly central to the old town with only a short walk to the lovely beach.
The only thing I was sad about was the bed was too hard which meant I didn't sleep well but everything else made up for the sleepless nights!
We spent 10 days at the Victoria Palace Hotel in Gallipoli. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the beach. The interior design is very interesting and stylish. Everyone was extremely kind, but in our opinion, Daniel deserves special thanks. He is a young, polite, and very friendly waiter who does his job with great passion. Daniel made a huge impression on us. We can definitely say that this hotel is truly worth recommending. The food and coffee are absolutely delicious.
