La ubicación es perfecta. Muy céntrico.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación era interior pero daba a una calle lateral, lo cual hacía que fuera un poco ruidoso.

Deberian cambiar la grifería , como no lleves cuidado te puedes quemar y pueden conseguir grifería con prestación de éste siglo y a la vez un estilo clásico.

Precioso hotel en el palacio de los Salcedo, con una ubicación ideal y personal encantador.
Habitaciones confortables, con minibar y cafetera y cama extragrande. Desayuno abundante y variado. Pequeños rincones para tomarte algo con los amigos en un entorno agradable

Cons:

No pretende ser una crítica, sino un comentario. Creo que en los baños debería primar la funcionalidad y no la estética. Se le ha querido dar un look antiguo, acorde con el hotel, sacrificando un poco la funcionalidad. Los lavabos son preciosos, pero no hay un sitio donde dejar el neceser de viaje. La ducha de teléfono tenía un buen caudal de agua, pero queda un poco desfasada con respecto a otros hoteles de la misma categoría con cabezales de ducha tipo lluvia. Pese a la mampara, el agua inunda el suelo del baño y el alfeizar de la ventana.

Un Palacio histórico actualizado
Pros:

Lo más destacable fue la atención, profesionalidad y amabilidad exquisitas de la recepcionista Mercedes. El personal y las instalaciones son estupendas. Volveremos.

Cons:

Mi sugerencia es que presten atención a los ruidos que hacen los usuarios: no es de recibo tener a niños corriendo y gritando en los espacios comunes, como la cafetería. Yo tengo 3 hijos, y sé que es complicado que comprendan que sus juegos pueden molestar a otros clientes, por eso, los llevo a un parque o a la calle para que desfoguen, y no en un establecimiento donde hay otros clientes.
