Расположение. До Grassmarket идти минут 15, а это уже часть старого города. Рядом супермаркет Tesco за углом, чуть подальше Sainsbury. Рядом много ресторанов. Остановка транспорта Haymarket в десяти минутах. С этой остановки идёт прямой трамвай в аэропорт.
Очень чисто. Убирают хорошо, полотенца меняли каждый день.
В номере есть чайник с чашками и пакетиками для чая и кофе. Есть утюг и гладильная доска.
Есть зонты напрокат на случай дождя.
Персонал весьма безответственный. По приезду не было геля для душа в номере, так на третий день только новый дали. Работники отеля не могут особо информацию про то, где можно поменять деньги. Обменник совсем рядом на Grassmarket, никто не в курсе.
На завтраке закончился кофе. Ну вот так бывает. Пока искали где-то зерна для кофемашины, прошло минут сорок. Для отеля 4**** это, мягко говоря, сильный минус.
В номере не работал холодильник.
В туалете нет ёршика.

No disappointments but room rate disproportionately high due to season
