La stanza era un po’ piccola per tre, lo spazio nell’,armadio molto ridotto non ha permesso di disfare le valigie. Tuttavia c,era tutto L,essenziale e il bagno era piacevole nuovo e pulito
The staff was the highlight of the stay: they were very courteous and helpful and accommodated our requests. Also the breakfast was remarkably good, lots of options and variety, all products were timely replenished. Very good position, ideal for enjoying the city, near the center but in a quiet area.
Everything was fine. Maybe a bit pricey, but totally in line with the quality and level of the structure and with the overall prices in the city and the period.
Location and staff were fab, so friendly. I was able to check in a little early which was much appreciated. Mattress very comfortable - first time in years I woke up without back pain!
If I was being petty the lifts could be slow, but no big deal.

O hotel está inserido numa zona calma e muito agradável. Sentk que todos os funcionários foram muito prestativos e simpáticos. Necessitámos de um adaptador para carregar o telefone com bateria e foi-nos logo solucionado um como auxilio. Impecável o pequeno almoço, pastelaria do dia e super fofinha. Adorámos o local.
Talvez pela localização do quarto, pelas 07h00 ouvia-mos os carrinhos com as toalhas/roupas do hotel que entravam e saiam para o interior/exterior do mesmo. Contudo não nos incomodou muito.

Relatively clean, comfortable bed
Air con was very poor- we woke up every morning drenched in sweat. The skirting boards were very scuffed, with some mold in the bathroom. There was blood on the duvet cover

Las presión de la camarera de planta que, casi, pretendía que salieramos de la habitación, para realizar su trabajo. Y hablo de las 9:30 de la mañana.

Was disappointed that cash wasn’t accepted we ate and drank out in evening,would off been nice to have drinks in bar..
The rooms were very clean throughout our stay, and the cleaning staff were thorough and did a great job. Everything felt well looked after and tidy.
The rooms were very small, especially the family room, which felt far too cramped for a stay with children. The room itself was very basic and didn’t offer much in terms of comfort or space. We did ask about changing rooms, but were told this wasn’t possible, and there was a noticeable lack of understanding given we were staying with kids.
The reception staff were polite, but generally not very helpful when we needed assistance. Additionally, the kitchen was closed on two occasions due to a lack of staff, which was disappointing and inconvenient during our stay.
