Late breakfast and pool closed late
The beds were horrible to sleep in. No elevator
This was hands down the cleanest place we have stayed at, and the room looked brand new! Good sized room. Pet fee was minimal. Only $25! Very happy about that! Many hotels charge almost as much as the cost of the room! The bed was amazingly comfortable!! Would highly recommend!

We could never get the tv to play (2-3)hrs. They did switch our rooms. Worst was we've unpacked . All n all tv isn't the bad thing , more the move.. all n all its ok , place to rest you head.

hallways dirty and service area dirty. no elevator. no water cups available in room. Breakfast okay but not great.
The beds were like sleeping in clouds!!
No elevator. I’m 8 months pregnant that came for a weekend baseball tournament with just kids and couldnt get our cooler up the steps without help from a stranger.. also the pool had bugs in it! I will post pictures of that on the site.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for our purposes.
The breakfast was very limited. Only had cereal, muffins, bagels, and juice.
The breakfast selection was good.
No coffee pot in the room, and the pillows were kinda flat.
Everything was really clean. Comfortable furniture. Lots of room space. nice bathroom.
Breakfast was lacking. Muffins, bagels, yogurt and cereal were the only options. I did find a weird piece of plastic in my yogurt/ strawberries/ granola. Everthing still tasted good. The TV in my room did not work but I didn't really need it.
I really enjoyed the fact your hotel did not smell of chemical cleaning supplies. It was very refreshing to breath the air in your hotel! I will only stay at your hotel everytime I am in your area!

Property was clean and decent location
They had given my room away so when I got there they did not have the room style I needed to fit my whole family. They had no solutions and I had to buy an air mattress for my kids to sleep on.
The room was nice. I slept well.
There is no elevator for second floor guests. This could be an issue if you have heavy luggage. There was no ice bucket or cups in our room. I had to get a bucket from the front desk, but it did not matter, because the ice maker was not working at the time. The breakfast was pretty bare and much of it was on the floor (which needed swept) perhaps due to the number of children that had stayed there overnight.
