It was decent for what we needed.
Pros:

The room was nice. I slept well.

Cons:

There is no elevator for second floor guests. This could be an issue if you have heavy luggage. There was no ice bucket or cups in our room. I had to get a bucket from the front desk, but it did not matter, because the ice maker was not working at the time. The breakfast was pretty bare and much of it was on the floor (which needed swept) perhaps due to the number of children that had stayed there overnight.

No Elevator. No Microwave. Barely Breakfast.

My advice: Read the reviews before you reserve!!! No elevator. No coffeemaker or microwave in rooms. Rooms are very basic.
Microwave in breakfast area does not work. Breakfast extremely minimal, eggs are in-shell, cold. First time I've ever seen that at a hotel breakfast.

This bed was amazing
Pros:

The bedding was super comfy

Cons:

I found the TV a little hard to figure out, and the mini fridge would have been more accessible if it wasn't on the floor.

Meets the Needs
Pros:

Delightful experience. The room was large with a huge king-sized bed that was very comfortable. We enjoyed a continental breakfast that wasn't flashy but fulfilled the need. The front desk staff recommended a place for our dinner that night that we found close and quite good.
