Beautiful hotel, we will definitely stay here again
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel and a wonderful location near Rye and camper Sands. This hotel was ideal for me as I had my puppy with me. I stayed in a beautiful room downstairs that backed onto wonderful lands. We could open our back door and the puppy could run around on the grass.
I would definitely book another night here

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve never been to a dog friendly hotel before.

Disappointing out of date hotel
Pros:

Location, reception and staff

Cons:

Room did not look anything like advertised photos so please pay attention . My room was worse than a cheap £39 hotel. Tatty, out of date and shower didnt work properly . My colleagues shower had warm water not hot and spa was out of date with a broken old sauna

Pleasant enough, lovely staff but hotel is 3 star
Pros:

It’s a lovely old property

Cons:

The hotel needs an uplift. It feels tired and there isn’t a jot of sound proofing so neighbours can be heard through walls!

Lovely small hotel, nice staff and dog friendly! Would totally recommend
Pros:

Beautiful house, cosy room and spacious. Nice bathroom. Liked that it had an indoor pool.

Cons:

The shower curtain, the fact that breakfast wasn’t a fixed price, and the sauna was small and separate (male/female). Pool facilities could have been cleaner too.
