Fantastic Hotel and spa especially for those with Dogs , Super clean and such wonderful staff.
Pros:

The Hotel and staff were truly exceptional.
Being totally Dog friendly is such a bonus and the Spa and treatment rooms are excellent.

The feel of a run down care-home or very 2nd rate boarding school. Smelt of cooking and air-freshener. Very poor quality

Great frontage, photographs look good

Cons:

Apart from the frontage everything else was dire. We actually didn’t feel we could stay there and left after looking around the property.

Pros:

Friendly, professional staff who really make the stay great.
Comfortable room, that was a nice size.
Property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a nice garden where you can relax with a drink or choose to eat instead of the restaurant. It was great to have plenty of parking on-site and I enjoyed using the swimming pool.

Short mid week break in a great hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location. Excellent communication before the stay when I needed to make a couple of special requests. Very clean and comfortable and very good facilities. Every single member of staff was polite friendly and very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked this place and I know it’s and it’s an old building but bathroom needs desperately updating
Pros:

Staff hard working , location good, garden and restaurant variety nice. Easy to park

Cons:

My room door lock was not very secure. Room Too hot (loft -No AC) Shower ran off a monobloc tap in bath. No bracket on wall for shower head or splash screen . Water pressure too low

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

The room was beautiful and comfortable, loved walking around the gardens and orchard, excellent food, high standard, reasonable prices, kind and friendly staff

Cons:

My only complaint is, people were smoking cigarettes on the private terrace directly below the french windows in my bedroom. The smoke came DIRECTLY into my room. HORRIBLE. The hotel should ask smoking guests to be mindful of others, and perhaps move away from the building if other guests have their doors or windows open (it was hot weather). This issue was a real disappointment for me, and not really acceptable for an expensive room. If it wasn't for this, the hotel would be 10/10.

The hotel is nice, spacious room,nice big bed,I didn’t like that I was put on a room on top of the gym,so was pretty noi
Pros:

The location was great,the restaurant really nice,the food was delicious,,highly recommend the duck,was spot on

Cons:

The spa was small but decent,a bit crowded as quests from outside the hotel can use it as well so that is a bit uncomfortable
