נעים , ארוחת בוקר מצוינת , מקום יפה מאד, ספא ובריכה טובים

Cons:

חדרים קצת קלסטרופוביים בכניסה וגם המקלחת בחדר דלוקס . קצת קטן ודחוס. אבל הנוף מהחדר יפה ומיטה מאד נוחה

Pros:

The view is amazing!
The breakfast was great. Large selection of gluten free options and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating

Cons:

The gym had no AC on. 2 treadmills, one didn't work.
Feels unmaintained

The cleaning staff was knocking on our door about one hour before the check out time to ask when we will be leaving the room

Excellent weekend in Zichron Yaakov.
Pros:

Large, comfortable room with great views. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets.

Cons:

Accessible room was far from the main building, facilities are somewhat limited.

Pros:

אהבתי מאוד את השירות , החדר היה מרווח , והנוף ממנו היה מקסים ויפה, היו לנו שתי מרפסות קטנות , היינו מעדיפים מרפסת אחת גדולה.

Cons:

לאחר שעשינו צ'ק אאוט, נשארנו בבריכה בנחת ובכיף , היה תענוג, הלכנו להתקלח במלתחות והיו ממש מלוכלכות ולא מזמינות

מלון יפיפייה ורגוע הצוות שמח ונעים ובעיקר ויקטוריה המדהימה שעשתה לנו את החופשה!!! דאגו לנו ממש כמו ילדים שלה. בחורה מהממת עם לב ענק שרק רוצה שיהיה לאורחים טוב. החיוך קורן והשירותיות באמת מודל לחיקוי עבור מלונות בארץ ובחו"ל. היא לגמרי שינתה לנו את הנופש. מעבר לבריכה מהממת וצוות מקסים לצד אוכל טוב ונוף יפיפייה היא באמת הסיבה שהרגשנו ככ רגועים.

מלון יפהפה, מיוחד ושקט. מתוחזק ברמה גבוהה. נוף מדהים. יש פרטיות. הגענו לאלמא יום לפני החתונה שלנו ואני התארגנתי שם. כל הצוות של המלון היה מקסים וחייכן והתרגש איתנו. אבל הכי נשארה איתנו בלב זו ויקטוריה המדהימה. היינו עם ויקטוריה בתקשורת בווטסאפ חודשיםםם לפני החתונה והיא עזרה לנו לתכנן, הרגיעה אותנו ונתנה לנו להרגיש הכי עטופים שיש גם לפני ובמיוחד תוך כדי החופשה. כל בקשה שהיתה לנו נענתה והיא עשתה בשבילנו מעל ומעבר. בחיים לא קיבלנו שירות כזה בארץ. מושלמת!!!

המלון מעוצב יפה ועם נוף לים ולשדות. השירות בקבלה ע"י ויקטוריה היה יוצא מהכלל.
