The hotel’s location is the only positive thing I can mention. It’s conveniently situated near many of the country’s most famous landmarks, making sightseeing easy and convenient.
Unfortunately, my stay was far from comfortable. The room was infested with mosquitoes. There were a lot of them, and I ended up getting bitten multiple times and in the end, transferring to a different hotel. I reported this to the front desk and requested that the room be cleaned and sprayed with mosquito repellent. However, when I returned later, the mosquitoes were still everywhere, which made me feel that the request was not properly addressed.
In addition to this, the room itself was dusty, giving the impression that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. The pillow was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the air conditioning was very slow and took a long time before the room cooled down.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and effective response from staff significantly affected my experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the room conditions for future guests.

Great location for go to places in Ho Chi Minh. Near Ben Than Market, near to Bep Me In, Bo Ne Ba Nui, etc.
The rooms were spacious. Discount a little on the glossy images but it is clean and well furnished.

Mình có 1 chút băn khoăn khi thấy rating ks chỉ có 7.0, trong khi vị trí rất trung tâm; hình ảnh phòng đẹp. Nhưng tin tưởng là vẫn có comment ok nên vẫn book.
Đêm hôm trước ngày checkin, mình có alo ksạn 2 lần để check tình trạng phòng. Lần 1 ksạn nói alo lại nhưng ko alo. Lần 2 bảo có phòng.
Nhà mình tới checkin thì lễ tân bảo overbook trong hệ thống, chuyển phòng gia đình sang 1 loại phòng khác. Nhà mình ko ok, muốn ks hủy booking cho bên mình nhưng ks nói chắc do booking.com lỗi nên thậm chí còn ko thấy booking của nhà mình?
(Vậy vì sao nhân viên tối hôm trước bảo có booking nhà mình, và khi mình tới thì lễ tân còn phân cho nhà mình phòng khác?)
Bây giờ đọc lại rating của nhiều khách khác, mình mới thấy nhiều khách cũng bị như mình, cũng gặp 1 sự giải thích như mình gặp.
Mình mong rằng comment này sẽ là 1 sự góp ý để khách sạn nghiêm túc làm việc với booking.com nếu hệ thống của bạn thực sự có vấn đề hoặc lễ tân nên thay đổi cách liên hệ với khách: ko có phòng thì bảo ko có, khách sẽ chọn ks khác.
Nếu chủ khách sạn đưa gia đình đi du lịch và bị huỷ ngang ngay lúc checkin, bạn sẽ cảm thấy thế nào? Không 1 khách nào lại mong muốn chuyến du lịch nghỉ ngơi thành 1 trận cãi nhau (mà cãi thế nào thì cũng ra về trong thất vọng & thua thiệt).
Đã 2 tuần trôi qua nhưng mình cũng ko thấy ks huỷ booking đó cho mình như đã hứa và Booking.com cũng ko hề trả lời hay giải quyết rõ ràng cho mình.

There is not much I can complain about
The hotel is centrally located and is close to metro station as well. There is a vegetarian Indian restaurant nearby which is added benefit for Indian travelers. The service is good and rooms are spacious. I will recommend this hotel to other traveler as well.

We got here early but were allowed to stay until check in, the staff were helpful too. Our bed was good and the room had a fridge, desk and tv as well as ample storage.
