Perfektes, feines Stadthotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel neben einem Palazzo. Wir hatten ein sehr schön renoviertes Deluxe-Zimmer im 3. OG mit großzügiger Dusche, sehr bequemem Bett, wunderbarem Frühstück und kostenloser Minibar. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, da im Zentrum mit Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Unser E-Fahrzeug wurde per Valet-Parkservice gegen Aufpreis nach Ankunft zum Laden geholt und zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt zurückgebracht. Ein sehr praktischer Service, da das Hotel am Anfang einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone liegt und ohnehin kein Fahrzeug im Zentrum benötigt wird.

Cons:

Regole del bar , dopo le 21 non è previsto drink omaggio, ma gli stranieri fingono di non capire e sbevazzano anche alle 23 con la tessera omaggio. Quelli corretti il drink lo pagano.

Stay in Florence Italy
Pros:

Just back from our first trip to Florence, Italy we chose the Hotel Spadai for our stay. We(mostly my wife) do a lot of research before booking any travel and this choice was possibly the best we've ever made in over 40 years together. A GREAT location(our room had a view of the Duomo 2 blocks away) - central to so many of the most desired locations to see. Wish I could pick out 1 or 2 staff for praise, but they were all GREAT - from the Reception Desk to the Staff of Breakfast Buffet. And what a buffet! Fresh daily made pastries - excellent! Eggs, cheeses, fresh fruit - whatever you might want. If you go to Florence, you must consider staying at Hotel Spadai!

Upscale accommodations steps from the Duomo
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and very upscale. The rooms are nice with lots of amenities and robes and slippers. The breakfast buffet is enormous and delicious. A real treat.

Maravilloso hotel en la bellísima Florencia
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable, el.personal muy amable, el desayuno con una magnifica selección de frutas, panes, quesos, en fin una buena variedad de alimentos donde cada persona puede encontrar comida según sus preferencias.
Además, el minibar esta incluido en la tarifa y todos los dias el huesped dispone de vino, galletas, cervezas sin costo adicional.

Exceptional stay in Florence. Perfect location and outstanding service!
Pros:

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Spadai! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a couple of minutes' walk from the Duomo and right next to Palazzo Medici Riccardi. The customer service was outstanding. The staff were always smiling, polite, and incredibly helpful. They assisted with everything from directions and shopping tips to restaurant reservations and booking my taxi. A lovely surprise was the complimentary minibar, which was a fantastic touch! The rooms were clean, beautiful, and perfectly maintained with daily housekeeping, and the bathroom was excellent and of a very high standard. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the breakfast was delicious. As a bonus, there is a convenient tabaccheria right next door, which was perfect for sending postcards. I highly recommend Hotel Spadai and would definitely stay here again!

Todo. La amabilidad y el excelente trabajo de todo el personal (recepción, bar, desayuno, limpieza...), el hotel y sus instalaciones y servicios, la habitación, su ubicación. Extraordinario trabajo de todos. Enhorabuena!

Our stay was MARVELOUS!

The location is the city was PERFECT! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful!

Outstanding hotel that exceeded expectations!
Pros:

Spadai is an outstanding hotel! We stayed at multiple hotels during our Italy trip and this was hands down our favorite stay.

The staff is really friendly and helpful and the location is hard to beat, minutes away from the Duomo. The hotel seems newly renovated with comfortable beds and the most generous amenity kits.

The highlight for us was the morning breakfast - the buffet was extremely well stocked with fresh fruit, pastries etc. The breakfast staff and kitchen went out of their way to accommodate allergies and deserve a special shoutout!

bathroom shower floor is very slippery and should have a matt to prevent falls. room location was far from the elevator with steps to navigate with luggage.
