Incredible and best location!
Pros:

Incredible service! Was upgraded when I got there to a better room. They forgot my coffee a little bit late one morning so they gave me a a gift at the front desk and apologize profusely. The tray on my bed every morning with a beautiful breakfast was incredible.

If you decide to stay in Spadai you won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

Very clean and staff was amazing
We had to switch our prior hotel to Spadai, which I will not mention in this review. Spadai staff was very professional and our room was ready even earlier. Very clean and the location was perfect. I would definitely will stay there again!

Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a great location (within a short walking distance to the Duomo). The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was brilliant.

Pros:

Hotel excelente, quarto e banheiros excelentes. A localização é otima, você conhece a cidade inteira a pé a ainda tem restauraurantes bons bem proximos ao hotel. Ficamos em 4 hoteis em 4 cidades diferentes da Italia, esse foi disparado o melhor de todos.

Não tenho do que reclamar desse hotel. Foi tudo muito bom.

Great stay next to Duomo.
Pros:

This was an exceptional place in many ways: the location, modern and very clean, offers complementary snacks and drinks and an exceptional breakfast.

Cons:

I was surprised they had a gratitude option at the checkout; it was an optional, but still was unusual.

Exceptional -- A/C, breakfast, location, staff and wonderful rooms
Pros:

What a wonderful experience at Hotel Spadai! Our first trip to Florence and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. We stayed with them for 3 nights and it was well priced. It was over 100 degrees outside and the AC was amazing in our room. It is centrally located, safe and easy to navigate everything we wanted to see. The breakfast is fabulous -- fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, pastries and more. Definitely get breakfast with your room. It makes it so easy to grab something good before you head out for the day. The staff (loved Marco at the front desk) was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean from the start and cleaned/organized when we came back everyday. Lastly, they stock the mini refrigerator with nice stuff that is included in your room rate. I love that there isn't a nickel and diming feel to this hotel.

The rooms were so nice. So many hotels we went to had mediocre hairdryers and theirs was amazing. From hotel robes to magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms, you can tell this hotel really pays attention to the details. It made our stay coming from the US easy. They had everything we needed. I would 100% stay here again. Loved it!

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room interior (especially bathroom) spacious. Staff were excellent, free drinks and canapés a very nice touch

Cons:

Breakfast hot items could be improved. Not much can be done re: lack of views from rooms, very early cleaning : setting up noise from 5th floor could be reduced.

Great hotel, location superb and large suite

After a lot of research, I booked Spadai given its fantastic location and rooms that accommodate 4.

When we walked into the room, we were so impressed with the modern look and space.

Amazing Service & Location
Pros:

We stayed here at the start of the heat wave in June 2026. We were so thankful that the location was so close to the Duomo. We were able to take a few hours walking through the city and come back to the hotel for so much needed AC. (The AC was amazing!) The service of the staff was really great as well. They helped us with arranging a transfer to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. The only thing of note is because the hotel is so close to the city center, it can be noisy at night. We only had one night of our entire stay where we noticed some loud people returning home after a late night out. I look forward to returning!

Great location
Pros:

Perfect location, good value, welcoming staff. They gave me a free upgrade to their large suite which had a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi.
