Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже 3 раз, пока это лучший отель во Флоренции, в котором мы жили. Великолепное расположение, отличный персонал, чисто, уютно. Мы любим этот отель и желаем процветания!

Emplacement idéal, à quelques pas du Duomo, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et disponible, ce qui rend le séjour agréable dès l’arrivée. L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter la ville et profiter des environs.

Cons:

Rien de particulier à signaler, le séjour a été entièrement satisfaisant.

Już od wejścia czuliśmy się jak w swoim drugim domu. Wszyscy pracownicy profesjonalnie dbali o nas przez cały czas ale też z wyczuciem. Hotel urządzony ze świetnym architektonicznym smakiem. W pokoju niczego nie brakowało. Pełen luksus ale bez zbędnego przepychu. Przepyszne śniadania- bardzo duży asortyment świeżych produktów. Pomysłowy punkt widokowy na dachu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra do zwiedzania Florencji. Tuż obok katedra i pałac Medyceuszy. Dzięki bliskości dworca kolejowego można łatwo zwiedzać inne miejscowości w regionie bez konieczności prowadzenia auta. Ten 4 gwiazdkowy hotel pod wieloma względami przewyższa niektórych swoich 5 gwiazdkowych sąsiadów 😊
