Forte odeur de clope dès qu'on passe le pas de la porte dans la chambre
Impossible d'ouvrir les portes fenêtres et donc d'accéder à la terrasse
Non réactif sur la messagerie Booking et pas de retour a une demande de transfert pour l'aéroport

Worth staying in Mirage hotel
Pros:

Comfortable bed & friendly staff at the reception & house keeping. Towels need to be newer ones as provided ones are old, too many cushions which could have stored in the cupboard.

Cons:

Didn't realise that booking direct with the hotel would have been cheaper than with booking.com

Location is not that convenient for us as we didn't have the car. Tuk tuk drivers who stay in front of the hotel were harassing the visitors of the hotel. Had unpleasant experience with one of them. I realise that it has nothing to do with the hotel but visitors should be warned.

Nothing. They cancelled the booking the night before I left to Sri Lanka which I thought was very poor service

Breathtaking view of ocean from the room
Pros:

Location is Bang Opposite to Ocean and View from room was Breathtaking

Cons:

1. Considering property was opposite to sea there was mouldy smell. 2. Bathrooms needs to be renovated as water collects and become slipery. 3. Wifi was Slow.

Awesome Stay – Highly Recommended!
We had a fantastic stay! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our time here. On top of that, the service was top-notch—the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back again!
