Pros:

I couldn't sleep because I could hear every single neighbour using bathroom/shower/talking. I'd say there's hardly any soundproofing.

Nice hotel, not as central to the station and centre as I would have liked. Need to walk through an underpass under a bridge from the station which at night is not great. Hotel is nice and spacious, changing room in gym is very small, has a small pool and a gym. Good breakfast, staff at reception were not very friendly. Comfortable spacious room.

The hotel was great. Housekeeping was odd. They would only leave 1 towel every day. We had to request another towel even though there was two of us in our room

Pros:

The best bit about this hotel was the fabulous restaurant staff. So friendly and chatty. Great food too.
The spa was lovely too. Clean, nice facilities.
Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing. Will most definitely be returning

Pros:

Very easy check in and out. The room was lovely and clean. Bathroom was big and shower had plenty of space too. The breakfast wasn’t the best. Some of it seemed to have been out for a while and some of the food from the kitchen was slow.
Would definitely go back though.

Lovely Hotel that still feels fresh and up to date. Location is great now we have worked out how to get to the car park. Will stay here again.

Huge rooms great breakfast
Pros:

This beautiful hotel is a short walk from the train station and has an amazing full English breakfast. Rooms were so big that it was a shame the didn't allow a crib or cot for our 2 year old and we had to book 2 rooms. The furniture didnt look fully wiped down in yhe room.

Overall satisfactory but not fabulous
Pros:

Pleasant stay but a few things could do with improvement. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming the room was a good size and clean. But our drinking water wasn't replenished for our second night. The major downside was breakfast. The breakfast room was too small for peak demand resulting in queues. Food quality was a bit mixed.

Hotel was in a good location. We did not have robes in our room to use the pool and spa - we had to ask three times for these to be sent up and ended up just using a towel on our first visit to the Spa as we got fed up of waiting. In addition, a plug socket blew up when attempting to charge my phone which, whilst dealt with promptly was an inconvenience. The Spa area was smaller than anticipated, the loungers were too few and they need replacing - there was also a peculiar spell in/around the pool area on one of the visits. The Gin bar was lovely and staff provided great service.

One of the better hotels in Newcastle in my opinion. Excellent service from Fiona on reception & from the restaurant manager, sorry didn’t get his name lovely spacious room & bathroom. Really comfy bed. Good Aircon Breakfast is great There’s also a pool & spa if you want to use them

I have stayed here a few times now and have never been disappointed. This hotel is excellent, always book a spa day as well it is amazing and so relaxing. Great staff, food and the hotel is spotless. Highly recommend.
