Perfect!
Pros:

Localisation (heart of the gaslamp quarter), great and helpful staff, room (quiet/inner patio).

Cons:

Nothing. It was perfect. Just to mention that the quieter Rooms are localed on the inner patios - therefore have no view. Not a problem for me but worth to mention

It sucked hard

Staff was helpful under difficult conditions - see below

Cons:

Checked in on the day the hotel was literally transitioning to new ownership - it was a nightmare. people locked out of their rooms, The already cramped and lacklustre entrance/waiting area was like a crappy hostel with many unhappy people. Although I was told an early check-in was approved, I had to wait over an hour to get a room. had to be escorted to room, as room keys were not available to anyone because of the transition - not ideal.

Asked for a quiet room and got a noisy second floor room with windows facing a noisy parking lot and street - heard cars, sirens, people parking and talking through the late morning.

Bed was not great. Bathroom was substandard and had deteriorated drywall in shower.

I will never stay here again and suggest that you do not.

Great value. Great location. Comfortable. Cute theme. Parking nearby. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Booked Queen room. It's small but has everything you need. For 1 person, short stay, it's fine. The outlets need to be replaced. They were all loose. Charging station needs to be updated to accommodate USB-C. I just used my own external battery.

Safe, clean, amazing
Pros:

Everyone was amazing. So many different complimentary items. The staff is nice. The property was quiet, soundproofed well. I will be back, I found my new go to spot

The location was great and the amenities (robes, coffee in the room, water bottle, etc) were all very wonderful. Found this place was cheaper than other hotels in the area. Location is very close to the convention center!

No breakfast. No food facilities at all.

Room was large & well appointed but dark due to view of hotel retaining wall. Two windows overlooking a void space. Room smelly as ventilation inadequate.
