Disappointed
Cons:

We have stayed here plenty of times booked a mobility room as we usually do! We normally get room 106 this time we end up in a standard room 211 so when I gave my credit card even though we had paid with points it charged my card and the lady had to refund it. Then when I questioned the room being a standard room she gave a BS story that they overbooked and Special Olympics was there and checked out! That not true as I’m part of Special Olympics and summer games have been over since June on top of it all I booked this room a few weeks ago! No accommodation what so ever she was going to call her manager and didn’t! Then in the morning when checked out it charged my card again then refunded it! Never been so disappointed until this stay!

It was ok. It was decent
Pros:

It was a smaller place. In a good location.

Cons:

It didn’t have amenities. The room that you get a kitchenette had no pots, pans, plates silverware or utensils to cook with. I had to go to Walmart to buy stuff.
The morning staff was never around to help

Pros:

The staff was excellent! Room was very nice.

Cons:

There is no breakfast. I knew that going in so I can't really say that I didn't like it.

Pros:

We travel a lot for sports for my kids. This was a clean and friendly hotel that welcomed my kids, and dog and allowed me to travel on a budget. We loved the full kitchenette and eating area, the black out curtains and the location to our soccer games for the weekend!

Cons:

The ice maker was broken in our fridge and the side door was not functioning with our key card to get back in from walking the dog - both VERY minor inconveniences that wouldn't deter us from choosing My Place in the future.

Pros:

The hair dryer & the tv remote didn’t work. The springs in the bed creaked every time we moved in bed. It was okay to get some needed rest.

The blow dryer is broken in 216 and the bed closest to the bathroom squeaks so bad that it kept us all awake. The smell when walked in our room initially was musty and like dirty socks and locker room
