Pros:

Mój pobyt w hotelu Crowne Plaza w Bandung był bardzo udany. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa hotelu – personel jest niezwykle miły, uprzejmy i zawsze chętny do pomocy. Widać duże zaangażowanie całej załogi, która naprawdę dba o komfort gości i reaguje szybko na każdą prośbę.
Restauracja hotelowa jest bardzo czysta i zadbana, a jedzenie smaczne. Śniadania oferują dużą różnorodność potraw – zarówno kuchni lokalnej, jak i bardziej międzynarodowej. Jedynym drobnym minusem jest to, że przy bardzo długim pobycie wybór może zacząć się trochę powtarzać, ale nadal jest na dobrym poziomie.
Dużym plusem hotelu jest także lokalizacja – to świetny punkt komunikacyjny do poruszania się po Bandung i dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta.
Podsumowując, to hotel z bardzo wysokim standardem obsługi i przyjazną atmosferą. Zdecydowanie mogę go polecić zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Bandung sehr gute und preiswerte Unterkunft als fünf Sterne Hotel

Mir persönlich hat der Service sehr gut gefallen, das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten
Den Kleiderschrank konnte man nicht richtig schließen und der Sicherheitsbügel für die Zimmertür war defekt. Ansonsten hat mir aber alles sehr gut gefallen .

The room given on floor 17 is very nice , spacious , super clean , comfortable beds , beautiful bed linens , great amenities and a gorgeous view , absolutely lovely
The breakfast buffet this morning amazing , such a wonderful variety of foods and drinks to choose from , both western and Indonesian . The staff in the breakfast area are the best staff I have encountered, smiling , professional and extremely helpful .
This hotel deserves its 5 stars and highest rating as it does everything so well and I would certainly recommend it highly as a wonderful place to stay while in Bandung

My Experience
Pros:

When we just arrived to the hotel, the staff of the hotel helped us with our bags and also help to open the door for us they were also very nice and friendly and polite. When we check in to our room, the room was clean and comfortable. In the morning we have our breakfast at the lobby, the place there were very pretty and they had a lot of different type of choices to choose and the food was pretty good 8/10 and the service was excellent.

Fabulous stay in Bandung.
Pros:

Beautifully presented hotel with exceptional staff. Room and bathroom were spacious. Very clean. Super breakfast. Unfortunately didn’t have time to make full use of facilities.
