Fantastic and luxe stay at Crowne
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The location is right in the centre of town and a short walk to Jalan Braga. All the staff we met during our stay were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were very extensive downstairs and we also enjoyed breakfast and cocktails in the executive lounge. Great gym for cardio and weights and nice little spa for a massage. The pool is large and cool with plenty of seating around and in the bar area. We felt so comfortable and so well taken care of at the Crowne Plaza.

Pros:

View from room, Restaurant/Breakfast was great which large selection along with the staff there who were so friendly, good location

Cons:

Reception staff never seem to make eye contact and are grumpy, I got upgraded from a standard room with lounge access to premium room with no lounge access which annoyed me when i complained about this they didn't even make eye contact and just said I see and then proceeded to call the guest checking in behind me

Het was prima voor de twee nachten dat wij er waren om Bandung te bezoeken. Aanrader om te verblijven.

Great Stay & Worth It!
Pros:

Location is a few mins walk to Braga street and the room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

central air-conditioning changes throughout the day eventhough we kept the room at low temperatures.

Luxury, comfort, and relaxation - Superb!
Pros:

The room was very good, the bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfy. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The hotel also accommodates day trips to Bandung tourist attractions; highly recommended.

Overall it’s good, I don’t think it’s maintained appropriately. I wouldn’t go back there again after that experience.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

We had a leak in my mums room and phone service wasn’t working. They eventually fixed it but I spent a lot of time just trying to deal with it all. Ruin our outing day.
