The room, facilites was very good

I received a room upgrade from a standard room to a Junior Suite, which delighted us all. The service was very friendly, the facilities were comprehensive, and the location was strategic—making it perfect for a family staycation.
There is also a Jacuzzi in the swimming pool.
The bathroom was dirty at one point, but the relevant staff quickly resolved the issue. It wasn't a big deal.
Great location, a few minutes walking to Braga street. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.
There was some construxrion upstairs that went on very late in the evening.

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk, hele gastvrije en galante mensen.
De koffers werden door het personeel al op de bagage karren gezet, zonder te vragen of wij hulp nodig hadden.
Ik heb vriendelijk verzocht ze van de kar te laten halen en dat wij ze zelf meenemen naar de kamer.
Mooi hotel op toplocatie
De service was niet optimaal zoals je wel verwacht bij vijf sterren. En het was toch erg gehorig.

لا شيء العيب الوحيد إني ماراح أقدر أجرب فندق آخر في باندونق لو كتب الله وعدت ،، مع إني أحب التغيير والتجديد ،، بس ذول أسروني بحسن تعاملهم وأخلاقهم .
The hotel is located very centrally, within walking distance of the main sights. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was spacious, confortable and clean. The wifi was very good. We loved the service here. The front desk experience was specially wonderful.
It was a holiday weekend and the breakfast was rather crowded. That said, the staff did a great job opening up new spaces and seating us. A special mention of Lukman here, who was very helpful at breakfast.

Heel erg luxe! De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Elke dag wordt de kamer schoongemaakt. Hele fijn roomservice en super vriendelijke personeel. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk! We hebben nog nooit zo’n uitgebreid ontbijt gezien. Alleen daarvoor zouden we al dit hotel boeken, wat een feest!
