The rooms were cleaned, comfortable and big.
The staff are friendly and very accommodating. We had a last minute additional guests and the staff are patient with us. They listened and ensure that the issue was resolved. Breakfast spread was also fantastic. Would definitely recommend and come back to stay if we do visit bandung again.

Pros:

Great location close to famous Praga St, great looking building and rooms, amazing staff, very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was not 5 stars more 3-4 stars. Not a large selection you expect from a 5* restaurant, many foods displayed however most of them similar to each other. Hardly any salad selection or proper salad dressings, did not see any extra virgin olive oil or vinegar.

Comfortable Bandung hotel with many amenities
Pros:

I had a fabulous stay. I would rate the Bandung hotel as one of my best hotel stays. From the attentive staff, to the wonderful breakfast, to a spacious room that is tastefully decorated in marble, to a staff member who helped me with travel plans. I enjoyed the afternoon tea and the cocktail hour with a view looking towards the mountains. The door attendants were always very helpful about quickly securing me a taxi. The pool area is lovely and spacious. If people have a toddler child, there is even an attractive play area. My only regrets is that I and’s not have time to stay longer.
