Staff were all excellent and done everything we asked them, especially the girls on reception who got us an early check-in, as the funeral we were attending was early.

Cons:

Room was small for a Holiday Inn the shower wouldn't drain, flooded room, no hair dryer in toilet , tea and coffee making facilities in room were poor, there was no fresh air in the room also it was very warm and the hotel was short staffed. I've stayed in holiday Inn express and double tree by Hilton, Hilton is by far the better.

Booked by mistake, the wrong night , booked the correct night nbut gouldnt change date even though you had money for that date, mistakes happen but cost me twice, not allowing any kind of compinsation not impreesed as used that hotel on many occassions
