It was good just disappointed about the fitness center
Pros:

The breakfast was to die for and the GM was super sweet and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean when we arrived. They also have excellent water pressure in the showers which was heavenly.

Cons:

I was very disappointed that the fitness center was closed. The pool wasn't the cleanest. Housekeeping did not come into our room and clean at all. We didn't get any fresh towels. I was traveling with my mother and I few of the hotel staff members smarted her off several times.

Pros:

Room very nice and clean. Parking very convenient. Location was good. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast on the weekend was just average, and it was ridiculous to have to pay extra for beverages when there was free coffee in the lobby. We were seated so far from the buffet that our food was cold by the time we reached the table. Ordering off the menu was much better. I was also charged for a small purchase that I did not make.

Overpriced!,, especially for people coming to visit their families at the hospital/rehab center.

The only thing that was great was the pool was very clean.

Cons:

I was completely disappointed that there was not even any free fruit or juice available on the coffee bar area. I had to go to the restaurant to purchase muffins for my two daughters that is extremely disappointing for the price that I paid for the room.
That was also not communicated to me by staff at my check in time.

Level two was also extremely noisy. The walls and barriers are not very soundproof at all. I heard noise all night long.
Pillows were very non-supportive
