Pros:

L'emplacement dans la nature, la piscine et la chambre propre. Personnel à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner correct servi à l'assiette avec plusieurs choix possible qu'il faut commander la veille.

Cons:

Le restaurant était en travaux, il y avait donc beaucoup de bruit.
J'avais réservé une chambre standard ... impossible de rester là, petit, étroit et avec une forte odeur de renfermé. J'ai payé un supplément pour upgrader la réservation dans une chambre beaucoup plus agréable, c'était la seule option.

No tuvimos wifi en la habitación

El sitio es maravilloso, con una naturaleza espectacular.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y el baño abierto al jardín me ha parecido fantástico.

Cons:

No tuvimos Wi-Fi dentro de la cabaña; llegamos por la tarde noche ya oscuro y nos dieron una cabaña bastante alejada y nadie nos ofreció ayuda con las maletas (la chica de recepción no fue simpática) con lo cual tuvimos que dejarlas en el coche y sacar una mochila, porque por el camino de piedras no podíamos arrastrar las maletas con ruedas. Una vez ya en la cama tuvimos que mudarnos a otra cabaña más cercana a la recepción, para comprobar que tampoco había Wi-Fi dentro de la cabaña. Al día siguiente, la chica de recepción seguía insistiendo que era un problema de nuestros teléfonos o de la lluvia, cuando no era así.
Es una pena que en un sitio tan bonito mantengan un tendido de luces con tantas bombillas durante toda la noche molestando, no solo a los huéspedes, porque las ventanas no son tapadas del todo por las cortinas, sino a la fauna de tan maravilloso entorno.

Prima voor 1 nacht, niet langer.
Pros:

Mooie locatie waar je veel vogels ziet! Wij kwamen aan om 14.15 en moesten wachten tot precies 3 uur voor het inchecken. Terwijl het hele hotel vrijwel leeg was. Vervolgens zelf moeten vragen of de kamer klaar was, en deze bleek toen toch al wel klaar te zijn.

Basic kamer. Prima voor 1 nacht als tussenstop.

Prima, voor 1 nacht. Wat wel heel leuk was, was de buiten badkamer.
Pros:

Locatie,was top, dichtbij Carara NP. Er is een echte pizza-oven waar heerlijke pizza’s uit komen. Vanaf het terras zie je de ara’s van dichtbij, ook andere vogels, mede door de voederplanken.

Cons:

Ondanks dat het hotel bij lange na niet vol was, mochten we nog niet op de kamer (wel tegen meerprijs van $15). En zelfs om 15.00 uur was de kamer nog niet klaar, zei de receptionist, terwijl de kamer wel klaar was. Dit ging allemaal niet heel vriendelijk.
Ontbijt was karig.
