Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Het was een heel aangename verrassing toen we bij ons vertrek om 6.00 uur in de ochtend, een ontbijtpakketje met een sandwich, koekjes, sapje en appel meekregen. Het ontbijt in het hostal vanaf 6.30 uur konden we namelijk niet genieten op onze vertrekdag
Gelukkig kunnen we goed traplopen, als je niet goed ter been bent, is dat wel een uitdaging

Las habitaciones son extremadamente ruidosas, prácticamente todas tienen una ventana que da a un pasillo común y cada mañana en cuanto los primeros huéspedes empiezan a dejar sus habitaciones (estamos hablando de las 6am cuando se van al ferry, por ejemplo) es imposible seguir durmiendo del barullo que se monta.
Muchas habitaciones no tienen ventana al exterior (únicamente ventana al pasillo)
Es el único hotel en el que hemos estado en Galápagos que no ofrecían una fuente de agua potable a sus huéspedes, hemos estado en lugares más humildes y siempre la han ofrecido, te obliga a comprar botellas en los comercios cercanos con la incomodidad y contaminación que eso implica.
La ubicación muy buena y el personal muy atento, las habitaciones correctas, muy limpio.
Me pareció excesivo el precio por los servicios ofrecidos. La habitación en tercer piso sin ascensor subir las valijas fue un esfuerzo grande.

La chambre familiale était lumineuse et spacieuse, et au calme, même si très bien située près des rues animées.
La piscine était systématiquement en maintenance en journée aux heures où nous aurions pu en profiter. Le personnel n’est pas très aimable ni accueillant et le petit déjeuner très mauvais. Ne valait pas du tout le prix que nous avons payé !
