Pros:

Room was clean but small. Pool was out of order.

Cons:

Had to change location for pool, in doing so this location canceled the reservation at the north location an they wouldn't refund my money. Had to find a new hotel that day.

The building facility needs a lot of work and maybe better management to be checking and reporting all these issues. We

Only that it was close to where we were going.

Cons:

The property seemed worn down with a weird overwhelming smell all over the bottom level and in the hallways. The beds that were supposed to be queen size were not and the laundry facilities were not working. The breakfast ran out by 8:45am on our second day and all that was left was cereal and a few waffles. The staff was very friendly and helpful but it seems the facility itself is a very big issue.

Will never stay there again.
Pros:

The rooms smelled like damp water . I had to go buy air fresheners, the lobby had a big hole on the ceiling from water damage. The bed felt wet like if they forgot to dry the bedding . The breakfast had such a bad taste

Great stay
Pros:

Such a pleasant experience. As soon as we walked in we knew it was perfect! For the price I was not expecting it to be on the level it was. The ratings were high but i thought it was because of the price. Everything was fresh smelling and clean! Quiet at night.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Very professional staff, tackled every issue but pool went out of service day before we checked in for weekend. Transferred to another location with working pool.

Cons:

Should add to maid list to verify TV remote can control TV. Front staff solved within 25 minutes.
Breakfast was very nice.
