Friendly staff. Nice environment. Wi-Fi bad. Noisy bar open till 10 PM. You get what you pay for!

The staff didn’t greet and nobody showered where to sit when we went for breakfast. Staff was generally rude especially the receptionist. Wouldn’t recommend.

Although the staff were good, problems with air-conditioning could not be solved from check in at 2 till 9pm the evening. We were moved from room to room and all air-conditioning were not in working condition. Was not a very pleasant stay.

I was in the annex, across the road. The customer service person was rude, the shower hose was too short, so the head didn't reach the holder, the toilet brush was dirty, and the pool had a green tinge on the bottom. And there wasn't much water, just a trickle, in the bathroom. On the positive side, the room was large, the bed comfortable, the location was easy from the airport, and the person at check-out was delightful, but by then it was too late, I left a day early to find somewhere better ...

over booked and too us to a nasty shared bathroom overflow property.
They tried found another cheaper property, not refunded the difference. And thought If I maybe go there for breakfast and decent coffee, non of that was no menu not available. Breakfast is carb loading... with french fries,....yep...

I wanted the same room as I had when I first came here. It was available but they refused it. Also, I had left an item behind from my last trip. There were supposed to follow-up but they didn't. Otherwise for the price, it's ok.

Not such a good stay, that did not even have tea bags after the first day I checked in and also ran out of bacon and other foods for breakfast for the entire rest of my stay.
Hot water supply very poor as well, staff friendly, but not helpful to these situations. Nightwatch guard often asleep and difficult to get into the hotel without getting out of your car and waking him up to open gate. Would suggest looking for a different hotel, I will not stay here again.

Good rooms. Good food. Good customer service. Good and quiet environment. Just wish the WiFi was better!

This place was new and great all around Small outside bar and pool. Easy to get meals and great food. walking distance to local transport that was very affordable and a great way to get around town if you take the time to get to know where you are going and where you came from.

Wonderful place - not far away from main attractions in Gaborone. Friendly people and a little bit loud on the weekends - music and people otherwise great for a quiet stay

It was okay

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and they have a good lunch and dinner menu to order from.
The hotel was a bit noisy, music playing through the night in the corridors and staff talking early mornings.

The hotel was great. However the phone in my room was not working and could not get calls directly to my room. The calls were diverted to a different room instead. Otherwise all was fine

A hit and miss experience, mostly miss. The place looks flash (lots of fake marble) but management is haphazard. You may or may not get the room you booked, you may or may not be asked to pay extra for what you had expected to get, the air conditioning may or may not work properly. Staff are friendly, but you get the impression sometimes things only work out by accident.

The attitude from the staff was bad and they were not welcoming. The staff did not know how to check my bookings saying I must phone Hotel.com for my payment as is not reflecting even if I show them on the computer they said I must look for an Internet to print my proof also Hotel.com must send them my payment. I went looking for internet and found it when I phone them that I have print the proof another staff coming on duty said the proof was there a week ago those other staff don't know what they are talking about. The was no water in Sunday morning to wash and no communication was done. I will never advise anyone to stay there as you have to ask for the things you have pay for.

the staff working the front desk were terrible. we checked in a 16H00 and they had issues with our reservation. Not friendly at all.
