화장실에 머리카락 그대로
갑자기 일정생겨서 돌아오게되서
숙박×, 반값이라도 환불문의했는데 답이 없고
처음갔을때 인사도 좋고했는데 어메니티도 없고 컨디션이 안좋음

경포바다와 경포호수가 인접해 있고 직원분이 너무 친절했습니다.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location close to the beach.
It had a swimming pool and an elevator.

Cons:

We had a korean traditional room. We are used to korean traditional futon rooms and slept numerous times on the floor and we like it. But what we experienced in the hotel was just a blanket on a hard wooden floor. We looked for more blankets and made a little more comfortable but it was still far away from a usual (even thin) futon. We are not demanding or hard to please but for that sleeping condition the price was far far too high (120 dollar/night, the week after the national holiday).
At night our room neighbors were celebrating a party with loud music and dancing, so we couldn´t sleep. We informed the lobby, but no one intervened.
We won´t come back.

Чисто и комфортно ,но соседи шумели перед сном и на окнах был порванный тюль что не очень приятно смотреть.
Pros:

Понравилось расположение близко к пляжу. На пляже все необходимые принадлежности,рядом магазины и кафе 👍

Cons:

Первый отель где не было зубной принадлежности.
