Highly recommended. Strategic location and good facilities

Upon checking staff was not helpful, I did put in remarks that i need a baby cot and it was not given . I have arrived midnight and the staff actually gave me a lecture on how to book the baby cot. I though keying in the remark is clear enough as a request, At the counter i have ask if there is a baby cot he just said yes, Enter room there was no cot, call reception using my mobile hp as room phone was not working the male staff gave me a long lecture about how to book a baby cot, I was pissed off at that time as it was late and my baby was cranky, STAFF NOT HAS NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL..

Upon check out, I stand infront of the lady for 5 minutes watching her play with her handphone tik tok she didnt even know i was infront of her,
Location is good and facilities is good, BUT STAFF ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO BE IN THE SERVING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE,
Note if you leave ur key in the room, Maintenance guy will have to open , ASKING FOR ANOTHER KEY FOR MY HUSBAND IS CHARGEABLE FOR RM50 AS DEPOSIT.

the wifi coverage is quite bad and does not connect to iphone

Good room, clean and tidy at best

It was very disappointing that only Android user can enjoy hassle-free complimentary wifi. For Apple users, we are given 2 pcs A4 paper to steps to connect to the wifi. The staff expect me to read that paper, that is all blurry because its been copied plenty of times. What age are you in?
Knowingly that I booked for 2 persons, only 1 keycard was given. I had used an alien card to slot the electricity bcoz I had to go out while my mother stayed in the room. Common sense?
Morning breakfast, there was no egg-counter because there's 300 pax for breakfast. Is that any excuse? But I saw a Chef (dark jacket wt glasses) cane out of the Kitchen and gave a guest a sunny-side up.
I'd requested for a room nearer the lift because of my mother, but was given a room at the end. We had to make a big round upon reaching the lift.
Staff lack of attention, if not asked, nothing will be explained.
Yet, all staff was courteous and friendly.and the room was clean and comfortable.

Good location and easy to find food & shopping.

Hotel is located at the mall and near to all nice place of great food

check in time after 3pm is too late for visitor, it is good if the units ready, you can release earlier than 3pm check in time which practiced by a lot of good hotels. Food is just OK. Facility in room too basic for the given hotel price

The lobby is nice and the check in staff were very friendly. The rest of the hotel is depressing. The garden picture on the website is actually a small space between two towers. The pool is fairly clean but there is nowhere to sit and no shade. Standard buffet breakfast was included. Rooms are fairly clean. The windows in the room faced a brick wall.
