Not friendly at all
Pros:

I booked a room thru Hotels.com but when I arrived to the hotel the welcome was rude. The guy told me the hotel was fully booked, then when he saw I had this booking with Hotels.com, he told me "well we got an other hotel, wait we will drive u there" I wait around 1 hour, then a guy took me there, it was a bit far and the hotel was horrible and the room was worst, without window so I asked them to cancel the booking but they didn't and it looks like that Hotels.com does not care much about that, I still have no refund!

Cheap & Suitable, with nice managers
Pros:

Low-cost, budget hotel. Staff are extremely nice. (When they realized that I wasn't leaving town until the evening, they even offered to let me take a shower after I had checked out.)

Det läckte från taket i rummet, och luktade mögel. Det fungerade bra för en natt men hotellet behövs verkligen rustas upp. Detta dåliga intryck vägde dock upp av damen i receptionen som var så extremt hjälpsam och underbar! Hon fixade biljetter till Langkawi för oss, och sen hämtade hon dem till och med medan vi var iväg och åt, så vi behövde bara kliva på färjan

A lot of mosquitos in the room. Right in the heart of little india, great location. good for the price, just, like, 30 mosquitoes in our room.

Pros:

Towels smell bad. No tv and kettle in the room, hopefully they at least provide tv in the future. Nevertheless, the location is good because museums are within walking distance.
