First Eden Hotel

The rooms are particularly clean. The breakfast buffet is the best. Special mention to
Mr. Khai who was most gracious and kind.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at First Eden Hotel. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Khai, our warm and helpful attendant, who truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour in Vietnam. While the hotel was fairly clean and the staff were polite, the overall experience was quite unusual.

We arrived in Vietnam at midnight and reached the hotel around 1am. The entire lobby was in complete darkness, making it difficult for even our bus driver to locate the entrance. When we finally got in, we found the staff asleep on the floor and sofas in the reception area. They quickly got up and were helpful, but it was definitely unexpected and not something we’ve experienced before.

After checking in, some of us wanted to head out to find a nearby minimart, but we discovered the front doors were locked and the reception team had gone back to sleep. We were essentially locked inside, which felt very strange and a bit unsettling.

The rooms were basic but in need of a more thorough clean — the floors and cabinet edges were quite dusty. On our second night, the room had been serviced, but the blanket was tucked in upside down, which left us confused.

Breakfast was simple and adequate, with a small range of Western and Asian options, though nothing stood out.

On the positive side, the hotel is in a strategic location with plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area much easier and more enjoyable.

In summary, the hotel is okay for a short stay if you're not expecting too much — it’s clean enough, in a great location, but the service and overall experience could definitely be improved.

We have booked a superior Dubble Room We got tween single room when they were in their change to Dobble The bedroom kettle plug was broken and they have changed the kettle but no where to plug in the kettle the kettle wires to sort, only one plug sockets in a room change my phone.

Hotel good location everything around you, near by West lake and Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, 5 minutes to old quarter. Room clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. You can book tour from travel dest ( Halong bay, Hoa Lu Tam Coc, Sapa). High recomend this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights, would say it is an okay go hotel. No bad surprises but nothing to get excited. Staff is good but not great, food in the comp breakfast is a little bit better. Hallways are hot and smell like a kitchen, air con is too noisy.

The staff here are really helpful. First, we arrived 12 midnight in Hanoi and our 3rd party transfer service was not in the meet and greet area. They helped us contact the company of our 3rd party service provider and we got to the hotel around 3am.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a bedroom good for 3 persons. The room and the comfort room were clean. Toiletries are complete. You can request for ironing service on a very cheap price. Ice cubes for your tumbler can also be requested for room service without charge.

Breakfast got a lot of choices. From fruits, salads to proteins and cards. Good for carnivores and vegetarians.

Their are side street restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. You can also use Grab app if you want to go around the old quarter.

Friendly receptionists will welcome you to the hotel and they are also able to speak in good english. Will definitely go back! :)

We flew into Hanoi for a trip to Halong Bay. We stayed in this hotel only for a night. It is a very nice place. The service is very good. They have a nice buffet for breakfast. Even when we got back from our trip, we were supposed to get a room their for another night and they could not take us, but they took us to a hotel nearby and as pretty. I will return if there is a chance

I stayed in a great location. It was an amazing time for our group. Rooms were clean, staff is super friendly and hepful, they always smile. Breakfast is also delicous. We will definitely come back in the future.

The hotel is very small. The rooms are tiny. The staff, though friendly, doesn't understand anything other than Vietnamese. The neighbourhood is lousy.

Great hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to lots of bars and great restaurants. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and we also had a beautiful lunch and a lovely bottle of local red wine... I would highly recommendable this hotel. The rooms were also very clean and well serviced. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here... 😃😃😃

Had 2 fantastic stays at this hotel. I found the staff went out of their way to assist, make bookings, ring taxi's and gave good advice on Hanoi. Nguyen at reception was extremely helpful, kind and respectful in her dealings with us. We enjoyed a great breakfast with fresh fruit and a wide variety of delicious choices. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

First Eden hotel is located in the Ba Dinh District, cant get any closer to make your walking of the old quarter any better. hey its three star but clean , quiet , a reasonable breakfast and the staff are great. you cant get lost as everything is close by , the night market , pub street at night , easy walk to the lake etc etc etc

The hotel is clean and spacious. Staffs are polite and helpful. The location is also 10 mins walk to old quarter. There is 24 hours convenient store right next to the hotel. There are two banks to exchange money. U can exchange at the hotel too.

The front desk staff is very courteous and polite.

The rooms are nice and clean on the 9 floor. The beds are comfortable.

The hotel is as aspect and the staffs is really kind. They helps us every way they can and even let us to check in earlier. Everything works perfectly and also accomodate in great region. Recommended!
