L emplacement tres bon - personnel bien -

Cons:

bcp de bruit que ce coit dans les autres chambres ou bien de dehors
Et le lit n était pas confortable
Une mauvaise odeur des salles de bains

Lo único bueno fue el personal, y no todos 😅

Cons:

Uno de los de recepción era muy estupido. Estaba sucio, había cosas que no funcionaban, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación… estuvimos 10 día y no entraron a limpiar ni un día la habitación

I liked the room’s decorations, services, the location of hotel , the guys here are so kinds and helpful, And I liked the size of bottle of water was so great 😅

Pros:

Zunächst möchte ich dem hervorragenden Personal an der Rezeption danken, Herrn Yusup, der uns sehr freundlich begrüßt hat und Herrn Ömer, der uns zu unserem Zimmer begleitet hat. Das Zimmer war perfekt, das Badezimmer war sauber, das Bett war gut, die Klimaanlage funktionierte, es gab viele Märkte rund um das Hotel und es lag ganz in der Nähe der Hauptstraße, in Gehweite zur METROBUS-, METRO-, BUS-Haltestelle!

Price, airport transfer

Cons:

- Cleaner doesnt clean at all or bring fresh towels
- Tv is so old it doesnt take a chrome or fire stick
- Walls are very thin you can clearly hear people staying in the room next to you.
- Smells of cigarette smoke.
- Light censors in the corridors

Satisfied with the hotel and recommend it
Pros:

We like the hotel and the location. This is a calm place good for family vacations. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The weather was cold and the hotel does not provide single blanket for every person. The quilt in a room for two people is double size but still not comfortable for two.

Zaposleni na recepciji su bili ljubazni i bili su dostupni za sva pitanja koja smo imali. Lokacija je odlicna. Blizu su razne prodavnice hrane i odece, kao i metro.
