Waar voor je geld.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid en service gerichtheid van de receptionisten. Die zijn goud waard!
Verder de locatie, dichtbij het Memorial ziekenhuis, veel restaurants en supermarkt schuin tegenover het hotel. Goede openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden dichtbij. Lekker veel lampen op de kamer en een kleine koelkast. De receptie is dag en nacht bemand door 2 personen. Het hotel ligt in een prive steeg en is daardoor erg veilig. Er is ook een kluis op de kamer.

Cons:

De vloer was schoon maar de badkamer muren, vooral rondom de wasbak, kunnen wel een keer een goede, grondige schrob beurt gebruiken. Verder was de kamer erg klein en donker. Wij hadden met zijn tweeën een 3 persoons kamer (203) geboekt zodat we wat meer ruimte zouden hebben. Maar ook die kamer was erg klein. We hebben 1 bed gebruikt om een koffer op te zetten. Daar was op de vloer geen ruimte voor. Verder was er in onze kamer veel geluid van buiten te horen maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen. Het is zo wie zo een levendige buurt. Er was weinig geluid van binnen het hotel te horen, goede isolatie.

Pros:

• Great location, close to a street full of shops and near a bus station.
• Friendly and helpful staff.
• Clean room.

Cons:

•We reserved a room with 4 beds, but the room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures.
•The bathroom had no ventilation at all
•The window was small, so there wasn’t much natural sunlight in the room.

Great accommodation in a nice traditional area
Pros:

The staff are nice, especially Yousof Bek who is so helpful and very friendly.
The AC is good.
The room and bathroom are spacious.
The bed is big and comfy.
I liked sitting in the outdoor area with free coffee.

Cons:

Sometimes, a little noise comes from the neighbors, but not too much.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества
Pros:

Отличный сервис - все мои просьбы, даже немного нестандартные, были удовлетворены. Например, мне нужно было самому готовить в мультиварке в связи с особой безйодовой диетой. Расположение очень удобное - недалеко от больницы, где я проходил лечение. Также рядом куча продуктовых, хозяйственных и прочих магазинов.

Cons:

Санузел и душевая требуют более современного решения.

They should make a better hotel facilities

There wasn’t safety box at the room, we asked several times to the reception and finally they brang a safety box without battery . There was a bad smell in the toilet and you can’t feel cigarette smell in every part of the hotel

A fabulous value for those who want to immerse themselves in every day Turkish life.
Pros:

The location was terrific. Right in the heart of everyday life of Istanbul. This is the real Istanbul not the Disney version nor the tourist version. The staff at the White Palace Hotel were absolutely incredible. So helpful, so welcoming, and just a whole lot of fun. It’s a great value for the money. This is not a luxury hotel but it’s a solid, clean, friendly place to stay. I love the little outdoor courtyard with private tables, separated by plants. Each room has a desk, a safe, a refrigerator, flatscreen, TV, and a kettle, I honestly don’t think there’s a better value in town.

Cons:

This is an older property and some things could use a little TLC. The walls are a bit thin and so I could hear my next-door neighbors TV.
