Pros:

De bedden waren heerlijk (zacht!) en het ontbijt voortreffelijk! Comfortabele kamer met een koelkastje en een televisie.

Perfect location, comfy beds.

Cons:

Staff was either not responding at all, or not responding in a respectful manner.
For instance, the heaters weren't working and it took many phone calls for the staff to finally come and take a look (there is no one at reception after 2pm). Turned out there was a mechanical problem. Staff didn't take our request seriously at all during the first interactions, suggesting we hadn't turned them on properly.
Also, one day our room wasn't cleaned, and apparently, we had to put a card on the door knob in order to get fresh towels. Which hadn't been communicated to us at check in.

Prima hotel in centrum van West-Terschelling

Cons:

Kamer werd niet dagelijks schoongemaakt, een half rolletje wc papier voor meerdere dagen, geen handdoekenwissel. Normaal wordt elke dag een hotelkamer schoongemaakt, hier niet

Vriendelijk verblijf
Pros:

De rustige ligging.

Cons:

De luxaflex kon niet tot beneden ivm kapotte lijnen. Hierdoor inkijk en teveel licht. Een nieuwe, dus ook schone zou al een upgrade zijn.
Tip ontbijt: als van te voren duidelijk is dat het hotel vol zit, maak dan gebruik van tijdsloten ontbijt om geen stress te ontwikkelen bij het personeel en geïrriteerde gasten.
