Klassisches Bürgerhaus in der Altstadt
Pros:

Klassisched Bürgerhaus in Passaus Altstadt, unterhalb von St.Paul.
Die Räume sind über 2 Stockwerke verteilt.
Sehr groß mit viel Platz.
Lage im Herzen der Stadt, an der Fußgängerzone und nahe zur Donau.

Cons:

Leider nur Treppen, d.h. für Geh-Behinderte oder Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet. So ist das in alten, denkmalgeschützen Gebäuden eben.

Satisfied and would stay again.
Pros:

Location was excellent for exploring the town. Room was pleasant and clean.

Cons:

Room was a bit sparse - tea/coffee facilities were in another room.

I appreciated the position and the bike parking in the garden (which is located after 30+ steps)

Séjour très agréable, personnel accueillant et gentil.
Pros:

La chambre était grande, propre, bien éclairée, bien isolée, l'environnement était calme et situé en plein centre ville. Il y avait aussi une petite salle commune avec boissons chaudes.

Cons:

J'étais sceptique pour la salle de bain au bout du corridor. Mais, finalement, il y avait plusieurs salles de bain qui étaient facilement accessibles. Alors, ce n'était pas un problème.

Zimmer schön, Rest unerfreulich
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bett bequem.
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.
Die zentrale Lage war ideal.

Cons:

Hätte ich vorher gewusst, dass sich WC und Dusche am anderen Ende des Ganges befinden und man durch das Treppenhaus muss, um dorthin zu gelangen, hätte ich das Hotel nicht gebucht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte nicht, zumal auch kein Frühstück angeboten wird.
Sehr störend war eine zeitgleich eingemietete "Poltergruppe" (Junggesellinnenabschied), die vor und im Haus irrsinnigen Lärm machte. Dafür kann das Hotel nur bedingt etwas. Aber nächstes Mal werde ich darauf achten, in einem Haus zu buchen, in dem solche Gruppen ausdrücklich nicht gestattet sind.

Trotz Buchung eine Zimmers mit Gemeinschaftsbad, erhielt ich den Schlüssel für ein wunderschönes, grosses Zimmer mit eigenem (mini)Bad. Sehr stilvoll!
Das Hotel ist gut gelegen.
Gegenüber ist ein Café mit tollem Frühstück.
