Overall, it was great! We loved the morning coffee that we could make and the ambience of the place!
Pros:

The room was really comfortable. We loved the central location. The bathroom was spacious and clean, but a bit far from the room which was a bit surprising.

Cons:

I think that it could be stated in the description that the bathroom is down the hall, so people are not surprised. It was stated that it was an external BR, but not that it was down the hallway. Had I know that, I would have brought a bath robe.

Gut geschlafen...entspannt und schnell im Hotel, wenn es sein muß.
Pros:

Sehr nette, angenehme und bemühte Menschen an jeder Stelle im Haus. Gerne wieder. Super Zentrale Lage. Bis Mitternacht etwas geräuschvoll von den Gastgärten; aber wenig Verkehr.

Great stay in Passau
Pros:

Very clean room and shared bathroom. Very spacious. No queue for shared bathroom. 24hr check in was great as our train arriving in Passau was very delayed. Location was ideal and good breakfast recommendation very close by

Cons:

Stairs and corridor were loud when people walk around.

Danke, sehr geschmackvoll.
Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage, altes historisches Haus, achtsam erhalten und renoviert. Leider eine Kneipe unten, aber auch sogar ein Gärtchen mitten in der Stadt. Kaffee-/Tee Bar sehr angenehm.

Leider wurden wir ohne Angaben von Gründen von dem Hotel kurzfristig in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht..Wir können daher keine Angaben zum Hotel machen...Wir finden es NICHT in Ordnung das wir ohne Angaben einfach in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht wurden....Man hätte uns zumindest fragen können ob wir damit einverstanden sind....Es ist nicht schön das so mit den Gästen umgegangen wird..

Gerne wieder - haben gut geschlafen 👍
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schönes und altes Gebäude in zentralster Lage. Leider gab es keinen Kleiderschrank und die Stehlampe war defekt.
Die kleine Kaffeeküche reicht für kurze Aufenthalte aus. Unser Zimmer hatte ein kleines internes Bad, weitere Zimmer wären über den Flur mit Bädern ähnlicher Qualität ausgestattet.
Viele Grüße und Wünsche aus Berlin
