this is the only proper hotel in Acquappesa, with all facilities one can expect
Pros:

as far as we were staying in the hotel out of season we were the only guests in the hotel so we enjoyed the most exceptional attention and kindness of the owner of the hotel

Host with the Most.
Pros:

The Host, a genuinely friendly and helpful man, who looks like he really enjoys his job. The view and proximity to the ocean was stunning. The Acquadimare was suggested by our Host for lunch, about 2km away, also on the ocean front. As we started walking there our Host decided that we might not get there before they closed the kitchen, so he came along in his car and picked us up and took us directly there! That is over and above. When I sat on my glasses and made them unwearable I went to ask him where I might get them fixed. He took them and in two minutes he had fixed them himself. This is the sort of treatment and kindness that we love. Come to Italy in the smaller towns it seems to abound. A great stay and highly recommended. Free parking, helpful suggestions when visiting the Centro Storico. P.S. the restaurant was so good we went back the next day as well.

We went out of season and so the restaurant was not open but our Host suggested a great restaurant and a very close bar.

Great place
Pros:

Stayed for a Erasmus plus project and it was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is excellent and cleaning lady cleans rooms everyday. Only few minutes on foot from the sea. Location is a combination of both seaside and a bit of mountains.
