Grenfell Campus Summer Accommodations

Nous sommes arrivés à 15h40 (après 7h de route), notre chambre n'était pas prête. Nous avons du attendre une autre 40 min. La chambre n'est pas climatisée, il faisait très chaud et l'air ne circulait pas, malgré les fenêtres ouvertes. Au 3 ième étage. La chambre est grande et bien équipée, le lit confortable. La machine pour faire de la monnaie ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons du aller dans un autre bâtiment pour en faire. Nous avons veillé à la cafétéria qui elle est climatisée tout en faisant notre lavage. Pas un hôtel. POur nuit ok.

Very comfortable 4 bedroom unit. Clean and comfortable beds. Pretty much everything was perfect. The only negative was that in a 4 bedroom family unit, there were only enough utensils for 2 people. Even so, we would absolutely stay again.

Nice and quiet natural surroundings. Low cost bed and bathroom in university dorm. Small but sufficient rooms.

Could use better signage to find check-in and the building/room you’re staying, but front desk is friendly and does try to guide you in the right direction at least.

Up-charge of 3 CAD/night nightly parking.

Key system is a mess. I was given a bundle of 5 keys to my room with no labels other than the room number itself. Eventually figured out 4 keys: for laundry room, for the hallway to your room, for your room itself, and for your specific bedroom within the room.

Would probably give 2 or 3-stars if I didn’t have the patience to navigate these inconveniences. Recommend check-in before sundown to give yourself time to find check-in and then get into your room.

The cafeteria was open. There is a pool and gym available for a small fee.

Very nice 8-day stay for the native orchid conference. Best possible price.

Excellent with great value. Room was clean and quiet.

Clean, with a private bathroom, fridge, and access to laundry. A perfect affordable place for a solo traveler

closer to work and groceries.

We enjoyed everything. Would definitely use accommodations again.

Dorm like settings that are clean, safe, and convenient. Worth a check out.

Cost was very good. No AC, almost cbuy fans. If going there. Bring own pillows, extra towels. No Tv. Shops are not open, ,no food. Everything shutdown. Take own pillows. Lots of stairs. Walking trail near near by. And park nearby. Bus service stops at 6. No waterfront. Just couple malls. Driving there is crazy. Wish I had kept my hotel reservation. But wanted to be near my daughter. Shower and bath great but tub kind of mouldy around the edges.

Never stay in art & science building kitchenette !

No AC / No air system / No ventilation except windows

You will be a boiling potato on a stiff bed

They should definitely invest into a central air unit.

Overall amazing experience, the place was very quiet and safe with 3 locked doors before you get to the room. Very friendly staff that made check-in and check-out super easy. Few fast food restaurant options within 2-3 mins drive but not much dining option. The stay experience worth well for the price.

The room was so hot and no fans. Couldn't sleep. No air conditioning.

Despite receiving a confirmation for our booking at Grenfell Campus Summer Accommodations through Expedia, there was no room available upon our arrival. The receptionist told us that there was an ongoing problem of miscommunication between booking agencies & the property. Fortunately Expedia was able to reassign us though it was a 1 1/2 hour process and our alternative accommodation did not have a studio kitchenette.
