Minimal comfort, a whole lot of fun!
Pros:

Right on the boardwalk, beautiful view of the beach directly across from access point to beach. 3rd floor has best view. Walking distance to all beach front stores and restraunts. Continental breakfast included. All staff very friendly.

Cons:

Parking is an extra fee. Please inquire about parking when you book the room. Otherwise it's a hidden fee.

The staff is always beyond nice. They are always quick to offer help carrying your bags. There is free breakfast, free parking, and you cannot beat the view .

Don't stay here, the location is not worth $325 per night.
Pros:

The location was great, right on the beach!

Cons:

Be prepared to take a cold shower and park your car in a sketchy alley (for only $39 more lol). Although I let it run for a half hour, the water never got hot. Also, I paid an extra $39 for parking and a bagel. Not great!
