Prima hotel naast de metro in een nette wijk!

Locatie is top. Nette wijk met allerlei winkels. Naast de metro.

Cons:

Ik was hier 2 jaar geleden ook geweest. Ik moet wel zeggen dat het hotel achteruit is gegaan. Vieze kopjes die worden omgespoeld en met vlekken worden achtergelaten. Schoonmaaksters die zo hard naar elkaar schreeuwen dat ik er wakker van werd. Oude, versleten meubels. Tapijt in de gang met allerlei vlekken. Riool lucht bij binnenkomst. Het hotel kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Zonde!

Terrible! I didnt event stay!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. There is no parking available; guests are directed to a nearby shopping mall for paid parking. I had a 17-day booking, which meant paying daily, and the walk to the car is about 300 meters, including at night—which felt unsafe as a woman.

When I raised this issue and asked to cancel before check-in due to safety concerns, I received no support. I left immediately and booked a well-known hotel instead. Despite this, both the hotel and the booking platform falsely claimed I stayed for 10 days.

I understand the booking was non-refundable, but these critical details should have been clearly disclosed. The full amount was taken with no refund.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the management is dishonest and unprofessional. If something goes wrong, you will be left on your own.

Kahvaltı daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Sıcak olması gereken ürünler soğuktu. Kahve makinesinden sütlü kahve alırken önce bir damla süt sonra süt yerine su geliyordu. Bir de odadaki koltuk lekelerle doluydu değişmesi lazım. Ayrıca yastık kılıfları tertemiz olmasına rağmen güve yenikleriyle delik delikti.
