New and clean. Nice and big bathroom. 4th floor with a bit sea view. Breakfast ok. Short walking distance to the beach.

We booked VIP room with sea view - but there's a high building on the other side of the road opposite our room that took away the full view of the sea:( .

Attention même avec vue mer et un étage haut, la vue ne sera pas dégagée car il y a des immeubles en faces.
L'hôtel permet un accès à un Resort en bord de plage avec piscine transat et serviettes à 15 minutes à pieds => très bon point
Petit déjeuner très basique puis est devenu sympa une fois un groupe de chinois arrivé à l'hotel... Pas cool quand on est déjà là.

Correct hotel but even with sea view and high floor, you won't see much because of buildings on the way to the sea. Breakfast is acceptable, there were much different stuff onve a group of chineese checked in...

Fint och bra hotell för kostnaden! Tyvärr en bit ifrån stranden (drygt 5min) och har man barn skulle jag inte rekomendera detta hotell pga att man måste passera en trafikerad väg.

Basic hotel with good service and clean rooms so was everything was I needed. No need to use alarm clock in the morning as the construction nearby will take care of that you will wake up before 7. Breakfast was included but nothing special really

Prisvärt hotell som passar utmärkt om man backapckar och vill ha ett enkelt hotell med bra läge i Duong Dong och bara några minuters promenad till stranden. Vi välkomnades av väldigt trevlig personal i receptionen och blev rekomenderade ett rum utan fönster för att inte störas av byggarbetet utanför. Rummen var kanske något tråkiga och opersonliga men rena och fräscha. Frukosten motsvarade ungefär det man förväntade till det priset.

工事中でエントランスが未完成でした。道路からロビーまで急な階段があるので、大きな荷物やスーツケースがあると大変です。スタッフはとても親切。新しいホテルのようできれいでしたが部屋はペンキ臭く窓もないので換気ができず一日中暗い。物音や他の部屋の声がとても響きます。3泊しましたが、深夜まで他の階の子どもの泣き叫ぶ声でうるさかったです。ベトナムの 家族連れが多く利用しているようでした。新しいので人気なんだと思います。朝食は豪華で美味しかったです。ビーチや繁華街までが遠いです。周りにはわずかにレストランがあります。タクシーやバイクレンタルをしないと不便です。
総合して、値段に見合ってないと思う。エアコンの効いた新しい部屋で寝るだけと思えばいいのかも。

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and gave us a free upgrade on arrival, all staff has excellent English and were very helpful. Room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel have passes for the nearby beach. Phu Quoc is undergoing a lot of development currently do there is a lot of building in the neighbourhood - this is the same for all hotels

Joka kerroksessa on yksi huone, jossa ikkunat ovat käytävään ja kylpyhuoneesta porraskäytävään. Meillä oli kaksi samankokoista huonetta, joista toisessa ei ollut ikkunaa ulos. Silti hinta on sama, mikä oletettavasti johtuu huoneen koosta = iso huone.
Eikä se ikkunakaan tässä toisessa niin iso ollut (8x8).
Saimme kuitenkin vaihdettua ikkunattoman pienempään ja halvempaan ikkunalliseen, ilman hyvitystä, mikä myös kannatti.
Koko saari on yhtä suurta rakennustyömaata, mutta onneksi se ei ulottunut rannoille, johon hotellilta pääsi parilla loikalla, vaikka se ei ollut rannalla. Ja vielä somettajille, wi-fi tuntui olevan joka puolella!

Осмотрели много отелей. Это реально лучший в своей ценовой категории. Очень удобная кровать с качественным бельём. Спали прекрасно, ничто не мешало. Абсолютно всё есть, новое, высокого качества, тихий и регулируемый кондиционер. Есть бассейн, но не пользовались, рядом хороший чистый пляж с бесплатными мягкими лежаками и без песчаных блох. Вполне приличный завтрак и много кафе, магазинов рядом. Единственный минус - душ не отделён, заливается вся ванная комната, нужно каждый раз её вытирать.

We (3 guests) stayed for 2 nights and it was a comfortable experience. The hotel staff were very cheery and the reception staff in particular had a good command of English, providing us with directions and assistance whenever we needed.

One memorable aspect of the service rendered was that the reception staff remembered exactly which room we were in and would have the correct room key ready once we walked through the hotel lobby. It may seem like a minor aspect, but it provided a personal touch to the service.

A hiccup was that the air-conditioning unit would shut down on its own. We highlighted the issue and the hotel sent someone to look into it - it did shut off once more midway during the first night but it functioned fine from then till we checked out.

Another thing was that the cupboard smelled stale and could use an airing/having some moth balls placed into them. It was hardly an issue for us as we only stayed for 2 nights and barely had any use for it, but someone staying for a longer period might find it a slight nuisance.

We stayed for 1 week and it was comfortable. It's possible to enjoy the atmosphere of the island.
The price is also different, so it's necessary to think apart from a resort hotel of 4 and 5 stars.
If you have anxiety by an aspect of good hygiene at accommodations in a bungalow-type, I think this hotel will be good choice.

Well, I can recommend you a balance of the cleanliness, location, a value and correspondence at a hotel in this class.

We couldn't be satisfied because a room was a little small for the double room type, and the shower and a restroom were common and small.
So I'll recommend an upgrade to a VIP room. There is no price difference so much.
A room becomes very good compared with a double room. The size in the room, a bathroom and a balcony are improved.
The breakfast is small-scale. However, a for, soup, bread and a dish were good, and we were satisfied. A chef changes the menu a little every day, so I don't get tired.
A staff can speak English and correspondence is flexible and very good.
The location is good. You can go to a beach in 8 minutes. It's 15 minutes to night market. It's 5 minutes to the shopping store (co - op).
There are light meal and a restaurant near the hotel.
There is also quite good restaurant chez carole in 3 minutes on foot.

When staying, it's a recommended hotel.
