Absolute Empfehlung für alle die Individualität und Top-Service lieben
Pros:

Ein 5 Sterne Haus ist nicht nur Einrichtung, Ausstattung und gutes Essen - es ist immer (und meiner Meinung nach vor allem) eine Frage des Personals, des Spirits und ob es überhaupt einen gibt. Das Francesc hat ihn und lebt eine dermaßen zugewandte, individuelle Freundlichkeit, wie man sie eigentlich in jedem halbwegs ernstzunehmenden Haus erwarten könnte, aber leider nicht erlebt. Angefangen vom individuellen Check in (um Mitternacht!) über den Umgang mit einem Problem im Zimmer, bis hin zum frühen auschecken, begleitet von einem leckeren Lunchpaket, war alles perfekt.
PS: welches Haus leistet sich heutzutage noch einen abendlichen Roomservice? Das Francesc!
PPS: wo brauchten wir an der Rezeption nicht einmal unseren Namen oder Zimmernummer sagen? Im Francesc…und wir hatten ein Standardzimmer!
