La situation de l'hôtel en plein centre ville, l'amabilité du personnel, l'accueil. Le lit confortable. L'eau disponible dans la chambre. Le design de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La salle de bain n'est pas séparée de la chambre. Il aurait été agréable d'avoir une chaufferette sur le roof top. Pas de bouilloire, ni de thé dans la chambre.

Beautiful hotel in the old town
Pros:

The Hotel is in a stunning location in the old town of Palma. Very quiet and within a few minutes walk to the bars & shops.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly & professional.
Roof top pool area was fabulous with incredible views.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor would prefer to be higher up with a view.
Would definitely stay here again
