A dos cuadras y media del centro de Puebla muy cerca de farmacias Oxxo museo muy tranquilo el lugar sencillo pero muy cómodo

Excellent service, the food is very good. All the people who work there have an excellent service attitude. Casa Abolengo is in Centro Historico, close to many attractions, restaurants, tours. Definitely recommend it.

El edificio es muy bonito, pero la habitación no estaba bien aseada y olía a humedad.

Lo positivo del hotel es que se encuentra en una zona muy céntrica, todo el personal es muy amable, fue algo que me gustó ya que viajé sola.
La habitación no estaba lista cuando llegué pero se apuraron a hacer la limpieza.
Para considerar, se escucha mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones o bien de fuera.

Très bien personnel serviable et arrangeant ma femme se sentait mal ils nous ont proposé une chambre avant l'heure de check in de plus le gérant propose une carte avec explications des visites touristiques enfin nous devions partir très tôt avant l'heure du petit déjeuner ils se sont arrangés et nous avons eu notre petit déjeuner avant l'heure du fait maison en plus à conseiller

部屋は広くてベッドも大きく快適、雰囲気もよかった。
フロントスタッフも笑顔が素敵でとても丁寧に対応してくれて気持ちよかった。
Wifiは無料だが、部屋内では電波が届きにくくほぼ使えなかったのが残念。
通路の天井が低く夜暗くて見えず頭を打った。危なそうなところは明かりを照らしてほしい。

Muy buena la atención, en zona céntrica, incluye desayuno, un poco complicado el wifi en las habitaciones, pero el resto ok.

Bonito hotel, sólo le falta estacionamiento propio porque el más cercano está a una calle de distancia, aunque el hotel paga pensión nocturna, no deja de ser una gasto extra las horas que lo dejes durante el día.

Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Wel veel geluidsoverlast van andere gasten.

La atención del personal fue excelente, así como la limpieza de las instalaciones. Las habitaciones tienen un estilo y una decoración rústica y son muy cómodas. El desayuno incluido con la habitación es excelente para empezar el día con mucha energía. El personal tanto de la recepción como del restaurante es muy amable y servicial.

Although the room was chilly and did not have traditional windows, the room's historic atmosphere and design were wonderful, the hotel had a great atmosphere, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was very NOISY, with much car traffic, on weekend I stayed there was a party until 4 am.

It is a colonial building 300-400 years old. The charm is tangible. Our room had no windows and the lighting was inadequate. We did have plenty of room. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful. three blocks from the zocalo.

Las habitaciones son amplias y muy bonitas, el personal muy amable. Muy céntrico, se puede andar a pie y encontrar todo a la mano.

Agradable hotel, cercano a zona turística, huele un poco a humedad ya que es una casa vieja rehabilitada. Lo mejor ha sido la gente tan amable que trabaja en el hotel. El wifi no funciona en las habitaciones.
