Lokalita super, kousek od pláže. V ubytování 3 bazény, z toho jeden vyřivka
Pokoj měl malou kuchyňku, mikrovlnku ,ale nebylo zde nádobí,ani malá lžička. Personál nebyl schopen dodat. A další, nedostatek ručníků na pláž
Nothing. Was a fraud and false advertisement. This property needs to be investigated.
NOTHING like the pictures or reviews. Worst false advertisement ive ever seen. Everything was run down, out dated, unclean, looked nothing like the pictures. Pool was disgusting. No where to really use a bathroom for early arrivals. Was told I could use the "out of order" one in the office to pee or wash my hands but not able to poop in it. Would never recommend this place and honestly it needs to be investigated for fraud. We actually left and went to a different hotel thats how bad our experience was.

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vom Personal, TOP Lage, gutes Restaurant gleich beim Hotel, Möglichkeit mehrere Pools zu benutzen - saubere Pools - zwar etwas kalt (nicht beheizt)
In den letzten drei Nächten war es zwischen 02.00 und 03.00 sehr laut - Ankunft von mehreren Jungen Leuten (vermutlich durch Spring-Break)
I would like a refund they didn’t come to any request I was told to call and message them and not one thing they did so I wasted money and had to deal with bad bad service not ok
The front and service no towels wouldn’t clean my room wouldn’t answer me or brug me what needed my kids we’re cold they didn’t even. Come bring anything

Location was great. It fit our party of 6 well in the family suite. Staff were attentive and responsive.
Family suite had lots of dust bunnies in the corners. Could have used better cleaning. Property needs some updating refreshing.
Multiple pools and restaurant
Floors were dirty and room was 85 degrees. It took forever to cool and hot water took forever to warm up

Room was clean. Bathroom was completely updated and clean. Onsite receptionist was polite and helpful. Out-front seating area with lights and comfortable furniture was nice at night. The hotel was just a block from the beach and a beach towel was provided. A nice restaurant with happy hour menu was across the street.
The general property is looking very tired. Our room was attached to the office and had a weird configuration. The windows on one side were frosted glass with no shades, so the room stayed light all night due to outside lighting. The wall AC unit was loud and went on and off all night. The tv couldn’t even be heard over it. The tv got only weird channels—no local stations. The closet had no hangers and just a pull chain light bulb!
The location is unbeatable
It definitely needs to be updated and clean better
