Unfriendly staff, overcrowded pool, old and damaged rooms
European style property with exceptional outdoor amenities. Distinct from all other mega hotel options nearby, quiet, family friendly. Village Cafe on site is exceptional - a destination eatery especially for breakfast/brunch.
Rooms have deferred maintenance needs - burns in floor, rust stains, peeling paint - mad the place feel less clean and tidy than it actually was. Installing new terracotta tile in rooms and some paint throughout would do wonders. Reception staff were flaky- did not know we paid through booking , couldn’t navigate us to room, could not handle malfunctioning laundry and I had to pay twice to get the washer lid unlocked.
Loved how close it is to the beach!! Lots of restaurants near by too!!
Problem with ants near the microwave and coffee maker.

En la foto de mi habitación elegida tenía horno y en la que nos dieron no había, fui a reclamar y nos ofrecían lo mismo..bastante desinteresados en lo que uno le reclamaba..no había buen wifi, tampoco les importó, lo de cocina horrible, vasos de plástico, sartenes ralladas
The Front desk personnel, Natalia, went above and beyond to help make our stay better. She didn’t hesitate to help us.
The room quality didn’t match the listing pictures. There was mold in the bathroom. The room itself was run down and old.

Leider viel zu viel um es aufzuzählen. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Tür ließ sich schlecht schließen, die Sauberkeit, die Wände waren komplett dreckig, etc. Wir haben kurze Hand ein anderes Hotel gebucht und nur den Parkplatz genutzt.
