This place truly is magical and you will feel the magic the moment you step on the property.
Pros:

I will forever love the closeness and the proximity of the beach to the resort. I just recently found out that by staying at this one resort you have access to many other resorts, swimming pools, and amenities all located on the same strip of beach. I love how the staff is more than helpful and willing to accommodate their guest. I made a request to change rooms as to be on the first floor instead of the second floor and they were able to easily accommodate that for me. I always make new friends because so many people visit the pool who are locals and live in the area and they have tons of information and advice for enjoying your stay in Southern Florida at North Beach.

Cons:

I have absolutely no complaints, the only thing is you definitely have to pay attention to what season you're traveling in, whether it be spring break or low season where there's no tourists. I typically stay at North Beach when it's off-season, which is way more relaxing and enjoyable, but it is also a lot of fun during spring break and the holidays when there are tons of visitors in town.

It was horrible, after a very long flight 18 hrs nothing worked, bed uncomfortable and for $300 p/n!
Pros:

Items falling apart such as refrigerator. Aircon noisy, staff uninterested. bathroom open to public view.
Bed uncomfortable. for the price this was disgusting will never stay there again or allow my travel clients to stay either.

Extremely disappointing experience — made even worse by how my complaint was handled afterward

Unfortunately, my experience with North Beach Hotel was extremely disappointing, not only because of what happened during my stay, but especially because of the way the hotel handled my complaint afterward.

During my three-night stay, I had to repeatedly request basic supplies for the fourth guest in our room, as well as shower soap, which was only provided on the final day despite having requested it previously.

More seriously, there was extremely loud construction work taking place close enough to our room that at one point it was almost impossible to have a conversation with the person next to me. I initially chose not to complain because I assumed it was a one-time inconvenience. When it happened again, I contacted the hotel.

At checkout, I was told that management had been informed and that a manager would contact me. That did not happen. I followed up repeatedly through WhatsApp and several of my messages went unanswered.

Eventually, after further complaints, the hotel informed me in writing that an approved refund of $151.51 had been processed to Booking.com's virtual card and that I should receive it within 7–10 business days.

I then spent days communicating with Booking.com because the refund never appeared. Booking.com contacted the hotel and repeatedly waited for the necessary confirmation from them. I also continued contacting the hotel directly without receiving a response.

Finally, Booking.com informed me that North Beach Hotel had responded to them stating: “We will not be issuing this guest a refund.”

So after telling me in writing that my refund had been approved and processed, the hotel subsequently told Booking.com that they would not issue the refund at all, without even responding to my messages or providing me with an explanation.

Mistakes and inconveniences can happen at any hotel.
