Everything about our experience was better than what we expected!

The resort is wonderful with a beautiful beach rustic cabins which have wood burning fireplaces

Beautiful property we stayed in a one bedroom cabin, should have been queen or king bed but was one double and a single, old (resort there since 1926) and a little dusty, bathroom, sheets, towels etc super clean, lounge, entertainment, drinks and food were great! Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, like family camp with all the activities and amenities.

Room was dingy (mold in bathroom) and smelled extremely strong of smoke. We were only provided 1 bath towel for a cabin.

All staff at check in (aside from one gentleman) very very rude. Not at all the service you typically get from a hotel. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to a friend.

Location is great.

Our cabin was very clean but it needs updating. The beds also need new matress, the hide a bed is very uncomfortable. There was no AC and its really needed. Food was amazing in the restaurant and bar and we requested the same waitress Heidi she was wonderful. The property is beautiful and lots to do. Check in was very seamless and Kim at the front desk could not have been any nicer.

The facility is amazing. Lots to do for both kids and adults. Good food. Great grounds. Huge resort. The ocean is a few steps from the hotel and also has a lake with a dock and kayaks. Kids jumping from the dock its amazing

We had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely be returning!!!

We fell in love with White Point! Travelling as a family with a range of ages and interests, and it truly had something for everyone. From the bunnies to the live music and impressive food, to the landscape and kids activities, we only left the resort once the whole week (to check out Carters beach) because we were so content to just stay put.

Only things to note for first timers would be that the sea is ice cold, and the indoor and outdoor pools are pretty fresh as well (and busy with kids, even in the hot tub despite signs saying to keep kids <12 out) so there isn't really a relaxing spot for adults to swim. Kids absolutely loved the pools though.

One suggestion for management: It would be great if you could open the playroom earlier - our little kids were up at 6/7am and the room didn't open til 9. On a cold morning with toddlers that's a long wait!

It’s was amazing, everything was perfect. We love it

It’s one of our favourite places to stay due to the gorgeous view and ocean access. Being able to bring our dog is another reason we choose to stay there. Our cabin was rustic, as advertised. Staff were very friendly. Like everywhere these days, it seems they could have used more staff in the dining room as it took a long time to get served and get our order as we chose to order off the menu rather than do the buffet. There are lots of options for things to do, especially if you have children. We would definitely recommend it as a family destination.

What a gem! Went over with no expectations, we found a gem! Location, surroundings, the little cottages, the lounge, the personnel, all excellent! We will definitely come back!

The place is nice. Reminds me of the movie Dirty Dancing. However, I thought I booked a room but instead it was a cabin. The floor is crooked and the bedding had dryer body fluid on it. We called for room service to come change the bedding, instead a man came to our door and gave us clean sheets and then informed us that we had to change ourselves except he didn’t give us the fitted sheet which was the dirty. We paid a price of a 4+star hotel for a -1 star.
The following day we went to the office to complain and supposedly there was no manager on site.We were told that they were in a meeting. REALLY!!!!

Great place. Friendly staff. Cabins are rustic but clean. Beautiful beach. Really enjoyed it here.

As usual, the staff and location were wonderful. The only drawback was the food in the restaurant. Having stayed at White Point multiple times, I can say this time the food was not up to previous standards. Others in the restaurant did not seem to be overwhelmingly happy either. The service took over an hour to get our meal and then my fish and chips were soggy, and the chicken fingers were overcooked. We did not complain or send it back as we were very hungry by the time the meal came. All in all, the rest of the stay, was as usual wonderful. Cottage, beach and bunnies met our expectations again.
