Close to airport and the bed was very comfortable

Nothing like the pictures, old, small and expensive for what it is, we cancelled our next 3 night booking there.
Not much.
Dirty place. Bad location, no elevator, staff lady at the time did not speak very good English and was not pleasant. This was probably the worst Bookings.com stay I have been in. Floors dirty, rooms did not look anything like photos. Place needed a good coat of paint. There were no elevators. We use canes to walk. Advised to put us on first floor or we had to leave. No hot water for 12 minutes waiting in shower. Did not feel safe at all! Bums sleeping at corner and back door left unlatched. We closed and locked door and went and told staff about door not shutting and locking. Went back 15 minutes later and door again was left open. Huge security issue. Not worth the cheap price.

Nothing at all great place
The price was reasonable for Fairbanks and welcome was good. We requested a room downstairs and they were happy to provide it.
This room is very, very small. The floors seemed raised and not quite flat. It does have a full bath. Not much room available to open our suitcases.
The location was close to fred meyers. The convience was nice to supplies where alaska is remote. As for the stay I would recommend. It has everything you need for a comfort stay and the staff were accommodating for my late overnight booking. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Close to airport, easy to get into room on ground floor, I was glad not to get the second floor with luggage. Free shuttle to the airport at 3am was on time and easy to book. I was only there overnight because of my early flight so I did not use any of the amenities, arrived late and left early, But they were ablet to accommodate my fresh frozen fish 20lb box in their freezer for the overnight

The room was outdated and had a bad smell. The bed was old and very uncomfortable. After spending one night there, I wanted to leave immediately.
I liked when I got to leave
The hole in the bed that you sank in. The smell of mildew in the room. The smell of urine in the bathroom.

Nothing staff was very rude and said I could go into the room but he was going to be sure to watch the camera and ensure I don’t bring an extra guess ?
